I warned the school board in private and public to handle this. I gave them my support if they instituted a policy. They refused, and Cabarrus County got loud! Now they have to deal with the feds with @America1stLegal filing a formal complaint. I would’ve funded a defense of the policy, I’m not funding a defense for inaction.

NEW: Motorcycle ends up dangling from a traffic signal pole following a crash in Canada near the Surrey-Delta border.
The bike appeared to launch into the air at the light after colliding with the front end of a BMW in an intersection.
According to police, the rider suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The BMW driver was not injured.
"I was looking down and then I looked up and the [motorcycle] was above. Kind of crazy," said one observer who explained that he saw the damaged BMW but had a hard time figuring out where the other vehicle involved in the crash was.

What many people are not talking about is that the crime scene was literally less than 100 feet away from the NYPD Times Square substation.
These gangs clearly do not care about anyone. To commit such a violent crime so close to a police precinct shows how bold and reckless these criminals have become.
I spoke with the victim’s family today, and they want people to know that their brother was a peaceful man who simply wanted to be left alone.

Three 9th grade students at Mount Pleasant High School in Cabarrus County, NC are speaking out on behalf of their friend.
Their friend encountered a biological male in the girls’ bathroom at Mount Pleasant. That experience, compounded by the lack of support she received from the adults in charge, has left her emotionally scarred.
Now, these students are asking lawmakers to do what their school officials will not: to protect their friend—and all girls—in female private spaces at school.
