Right outside the Flagstar Bank there is an area with diagonal paint, which means you can’t park there at all so it would be not a loss of parking at all

Also consider calling your reps to bring expansion area down to Metropolitan Avenue. No reason the entire community district shouldn’t be able to have access to the cultural and employment centers of NYC
