In pts w/IBD it's a pain to remove large flat dysplastic colorectal lesions by endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) due to submucosal fibrosis. In experienced hands those lesions can be more effectively tackled by endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). bit.ly/3NC9JZ2
