BREAKING: A federal judge is now signaling the Trump administration’s so-called “weaponization fund” may have emerged from collusive litigation and could potentially amount to fraud on the court. That is nuclear-level language from a judge. “Fraud on the court” is not normal criticism. It is reserved for situations where a court believes it may have been manipulated, misled, or used as part of a coordinated scheme. And the judge reportedly pointed to two giant red flags: - the massive $1.8 billion settlement amount - and concerns the opposing sides may not have actually been acting as true adversaries Translation? The court is openly questioning whether this lawsuit was partially engineered to create a taxpayer-funded political compensation machine. That is an absolutely extraordinary development.

This week alone: DOJ opens an investigation into the woman Trump raped. The White House is caught steering a $620 million contract to Don Jr.’s firm. The Pentagon hands out a $10 billion contract after Trump buys stock in the company. Foreign governments are caught funneling hundreds of millions into a random JPMorgan account tied to Trump’s “Board of Peace” with no oversight. It’s just Thursday. The corruption isn’t hidden anymore. It’s happening out in the open.

“Sure, Ken Paxton’s corruption cost Texas taxpayers $6.6 million in settlement fees, and he was impeached for bribery, and he gave a sweetheart deal to a guy charged with child sex abuse, BUT James Talarico’s Christianity is kinda lib, so…gotta go with Paxton.”

I call this the @crampell @BulwarkOnline graph. In 2024, after Trump won a second term, she said: "Golf - let the economy keep doing what it's doing. Do nothing. Take it easy. Dream economy" but our president proceeded to undermine it. Well, she was right! @jvlast @dpakman
Eric Levitz@EricLevitz

Trump could have presided over a very strong economy. All he had to do was...nothing: Inflation was trending downward, the AI boom was raising growth. Instead, he engineered a global trade war and energy shock, while shrinking America's labor force. vox.com/politics/48939…

If Trump has an issue with this, he can hire his own attorneys look into it. After all, it was a civil trial, right. There’s absolutely no justification for using U.S. Taxpayer money to do his dirty work.
Adam Kinzinger (Slava Ukraini) 🇺🇸🇺🇦@AdamKinzinger

Here’s the thing. Trump and his people sue everyone all the time. If I was president I’d have a group at DOJ start going through their depositions. If republicans are ok with this, then they must recognize the standard they set.

Stephen Miller starts out the day posting that Talarico is trans, then he gets called ugly and has his wife run onto Fox to rant and rave that he was subject to excessive abuse and violent rhetoric. ❄️🍼😭
