POSTPONED. The Naked Bike Ride in Brighton has been postponed because organisers say they can’t guarantee the safety of the cyclists. Yet again, not one mention of the children who are involuntarily exposed to full adult nudity. Not one acknowledgement of the safeguarding risk. This silence is the problem. This is exactly why this event is dangerous. When the focus is only on the adults choosing to take part, and never on the children who have no choice at all, the safeguarding failure becomes impossible to ignore.
