@AskNationwide Hi, if I go into a branch with my passport am I able to make a withdrawal? I can’t find my card anywhere, also forgot my PIN number 🤣 so figured it’s just easier to go into branch & get everything sorted. Or am I able to phone up & send to another bank? Thanks ☺️

@bt_uk What is the best way to get through to somebody? I’ve been trying to get through on the phone since 10 and it says live chat isn’t available and I need to get back to work. Our broadband was supposed to be live on Tuesday and we’re still waiting with no update?
