@njacobs22 @liqwidfinance That seem to be what was implied, that they would shut down if they didn't get this, but perhaps they will find another way to continue. I couldn't tell you for certain what they plan to do moving forward.

I'm going to call it right now - I think all ADA suppliers will get 100% of their $NIGHT from @liqwidfinance - I'm saying this 24+ hours before the vote closes. Heres why: As of right now, there is a massive 96% of the votes on giving 100% of the $Night to suppliers. At this point last time it was around 50/50 Second, I believe the team will actually honor not voting. I didn't feel this way last time, I felt uneasy even hours before the close when we had the lead. 95%+ of the votes on proposal 14 were from the team last vote ("allegedly") - we're not going to see this again. I don't believe we're going to see the no option get bombed with votes last minute like the previous vote which also means no worries of silent whales trying to swing things last minute. The team seems to want to stick around - they didn't straight up rug after this - that would have put them in an entirely different league of legal trouble - they have over $15M in stablecoins in that platform. They have 6M in USDCX on that platform, that is likely investor money, not theirs or they wouldn't have pulled that move (same could be said for various amounts of DJED,USDM,USDA as investor money) It's in liqwids best interest to get as much distance from this scandal/situation in the cleanest way possible and that means giving suppliers their $NIGHT There is a big difference between "Liqwid tried to steal peoples night" and "Liqwid stole peoples night" They both suck, but one will follow you a lot further into the future than the other. I'm not saying they haven't done damage, they did a ton of damage to their reputation and people did the right thing by voting with their money and removing it from the platform. It helped send the message. I also believe investors are now watching the outcome. If this goes any way but YES that would be the last straw of Liqwid and I think we'd see those stables start to move away. I'm not saying to use their platform, or that you have to trust them again - only trying to give anyone who is nervous/anxious about the outcome a bit of piece of mind that you should be getting your night based on where we are in all this. Could I be wrong? of course, but I feel confident enough to make this post that the battle has been won, it's now just waiting for the results to official be confirmed.

Agreed. It's certainly centralized. They try to be clever in their structure: Liqwid Labs has a CEO, and Liqwid Labs is hired by Liqwid DAO - which 'doesn't' have a CEO to do things. But when Liqwid Labs holds a large portion (supposedly more than the active voting community), they make all the decisions anyways. Maybe they let some proposals go whichever way the community wants if it's not vitally important and they don't care about the outcome - just to give the sense of everyone having a voice. But ultimately, if they want it, they can get it.

@stevenemassey @liqwidfinance I don't think they will and I think anyone interested in being part of that "DAO" via holding LQ tokens should understand that you don't really have much a voice and the team will do what it wants and what they feel is best for them.

I'd say we're on par with the same amount of votes from the last vote at this time frame. We have to assume some people who voted also sold after the vote was revealed and the price started to plunge, so there could be a bit less participation in the vote. Also important to note that almost all of the votes on proposal 14 were from the team ("allegedly") and they have yet to show up. Nor do I think they will. I think it's safe to say Liqwid wants to move pass this and I think we're going to get the outcome everyone wanted. If it doesn't come out as a yes vote everyone is going to lose their minds and liqwid is going to sink. A lot of those stablecoins in the platform i'm sure are investors (6M USDCX isn't theres or they wouldn't be trying to take sub $1M) so I'm sure investors are now watching too.

This could very well just be theatre. If they don't disclose there wallets, we don't know if they voted or not on this revote. It's 'trust me bro' transparency The big wallets that did vote last round could vote again and they could just claim it's not them and still get the outcome they wanted

@shaggyrax @jdotfren @DaveXCrypto As we've seen, get enough ppl angry enough to impact the investment into a protocol/dapp, & accountability is a lot easier to leverage. We just haven't matured enough to handle that convo more broadly, but it'll come

The Team HAS NOT disclosed there wallets. Keep in mind this could easily go the same away again if we can't verify the massive wallets that voted are not them.

@WhaleFUD @Cardano_Stefan apparently according to the legal rules of how their DAO is structured they have to vote, but this is the closest thing to making it right and giving people their NIGHT

Gotta keep an eye on your stake pool pledge! If you're staked with this DAPP pool, I'd recommend reallocating, as your rewards are at risk. There is a second DAPP pool with 48m stake, that one is perfectly healthy.

Scrap 118 results by giving insufficient votes to reach a threshold of 50%. Come out with a new Night airdrop to Ada holders Yes/No proposal.

So @liqwidfinance doesn't have time to address the community but they do have time to call @CryptoJoe101 wrong 🤣
