Still no Bilibili post from Rockstar since last Tuesday, which feels unusual considering they normally update the platform weekly, even on weekends.
It really feels like a lot is riding on this coming week, and the timing lining up with the Take‑Two earnings call doesn’t feel like a coincidence. Strauss has recently said pre‑orders and marketing are coming “soon,” so if all the leaks and rumours for next week end up being nothing again, I’ll be genuinely shocked.
How are you feeling about the week ahead and the chances of GTA VI news?

I’m feeling very conflicted with Monday. I want to set low expectations to be safe than excited We’ll see tho. I don’t want Monday to come round and it ends up being a nothing burger. Better to be safe than sorry with Rockstar

Rockstar will be pissed about this, especially marketing.
Imagine spending all this time and effort to meticulously plan everything out and Best Buy goes and screws this up.
Nevertheless, we are living through a snapshot in history, the next 6 months leading up to the game's release will be absolutely magical, there will never be such a monumental build up for a video game ever again
Once trailer 3 drops you will see other game announcements happen shortly after as game studios will finally be put out of their misery lol.

It wouldn’t surprise me if GTA 6 Online ends up launching in early 2027.
It NEEDS to launch with a plethora of content and things to do. Rockstar cannot release it in a lacklustre state.
First impressions are vital and they’ve stated over and over again that they’re seeking perfection with GTA 6. That mindset will apply to Online as well. Red Dead Online launched in “beta” and in hindsight I think that might’ve hurt the game’s overall popularity.
It’s possible that they’re spending a lot more time on it as we get closer to launch so there’s of course there’s the chance that they get it out before Christmas. But I don’t know, I’m more expecting them to release the single player and then spend a few months purely focusing on optimising and improving Online before releasing it in February or something like that.
