Since 2022, Royal Mail has imposed worse terms and wages on new employees. This has caused a recruitment crisis which threatens its future. It won’t be resolved by adopting the Amazon model - but by levelling workers up, not down. Me on @BBCBreakfast👇

@CWUnews HAHAHA, everyone knows what’s happening. The company is falling apart. Can’t keep new starts or people who have worked there 20+ years. Make it a 4 day week or Monday to Friday and have 6 weeks holiday as standard. Simple.
