An Oregon father whose 5-year-old daughter was raped and killed by Dustin Wallace has published a heartbreaking video asking for help to prevent the release of his child's killer. Tyler Dwight says Wallace, who received life in prison without parole, will likely be released after Democrats passed Bill 1008, which allows convicted inmates who committed crimes while under the age of 18 to have their sentences reduced.
