The hats haven’t even been released yet. So, like we’re doing, maybe you should be patient until we can get to the bottom of how this happened?

This really bothers me. 10 years I have been designing player neons but since hats are not in the agreement we have never been able to make these. Now a @NewEraCap approved vendor @HatClub steals it and even leaves our logo on the embroidery. Nasty work.
