Hawig Ventures hawig.xyz is up and running, which means we are getting close to launching @yieldshield_ai. But I also have a bunch of other ideas, and I'm happy to help anyone who wants to combine AI with Web3 composability.

Google is giving away stablecoins, and it's only possible with Self's proof-of-human technology. Real humans can get real money through a first-of-its-kind distribution engine. Here's how it works. ↓

Seven years ago today, I started working at Web3 Foundation, working to build a decentralized internet where all people can control their own data, identity, and destiny. Quite a bit has changed since then - besides just the office and the logo! - but I am still passionate about helping people become more self-sovereign.

They told us it was impossible. We did it anyways. Today we announce Zenith. POV: You wake up H2 2026 and Ethereum‘s application layer has fully teleported into Wall Street’s blockchain of choice. We are that protocol, now opening a direct on-ramp between the world’s largest programmable and institutional blockchain ecosystems.

@OpenbandsXYZ Great work. We need more initiatives like this, and I'm pretty sure AI is also looking for content that is created by real humans.

Thanks to @claudeai remote, I'm now creating GitHub commits on the phone while brushing my teeth. Not sure yet how to explain to the dentist why my teeth aren't properly cleaned, but I'm pretty sure Claude will come up with a good excuse. 🪥

Introducing cmux: the open-source terminal built for coding agents. - Vertical tabs - Blue rings around panes that need attention - Built-in browser - Based on Ghostty When Claude Code needs you, the pane glows blue and the sidebar tells you why. No Electron/Tauri. Just Swift/Appkit.

@rhackett this might be interesting for you, since it references your "The rise of staked media" idea. (#the-rise-of-staked-media" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">a16z.com/newsletter/big…) I'm happy to keep you in the loop

The first AI-written whitepaper for a stake-weighted curation system to address the AI content crisis: …mqfshr7vfrzb6mahh6rrdm.ipfs.dweb.link (Twice the word AI in a single tweet, this should get some views... now it's even three times 🤯)

You are now only allowed to take a break from work if you gave the AI a sufficiently complex task that will take some time, and it doesn’t make sense to work in parallel on something else.

Announcing a new Claude Code feature: Remote Control. It's rolling out now to Max users in research preview. Try it with /remote-control Start local sessions from the terminal, then continue them from your phone. Take a walk, see the sun, walk your dog without losing your flow.

I’m now on a weekend mission to use AI to save the Web from AI (and maybe @openclaw), and I'm having a lot of fun doing it. The plan is to launch this completely decentralized, using proof of personhood from the start, and see if it gets picked up. A rating/reputation game is a very hard problem. But luckily I’m standing on the shoulders of giants here, @SelfProtocol, Drand by @protocollabs, commit-reveal scheme, etc. Let’s see how far I can get. I'll open-source everything as soon as I think it's in a more stable state and I have figured out the basics.

@alice_und_bob Yeah, I also started using Whisper for longer conversations with A.I. and for coming up with initial plans, but you still often need to refine your text and read it again. Writing helps a lot with being specific. I'm not sure this will be possible with just talking.

Now that we have solved coding, the next big evolutionary step is to get rid of keyboards. Hopefully keyboards are not a thing anymore in 2027. All we need is mass adoption of Whisper and noise cancelling headphones

SolidityGuard fully supports EVMBench @OpenAI @paradigm now. EVMBench (OpenAI, 2025) evaluates AI agents on real-world smart contract security across 40 audit codebases from @code4rena and @sherlockdefi contests (120 high-severity vulnerabilities, 3 modes: Detect / Patch / Exploit). SolidityGuard(github.com/alt-research/S…)'s pattern scanner achieves 100% ground-truth coverage — detecting all 120 vulnerabilities across all 40 audits in 7.4 seconds. This scanner output is used as pre-scan input for the SolidityGuard agent. cc @VitalikButerin @tkstanczak @hwwonx @balajis @aerugoettinea @DavideCrapis @VittoStack @programmer @kleffew94 @MurrLincoln @organ_danny

Btw. what is the status of the proof-of-personhood solution for Polkadot? Is it live, and how does it compare to self.xyz, word.id, gitcoin/human passport, etc.? I would love to read up on it.
