@LexusUK Actually, yes I think I would like it mentioned to Lexus Leeds. If this is how loyal Lexus customers are treated I feel sorry for those about to sign up with Lexus Leeds. I am buying a new vehicle next year, but at the moment I am looking at alternatives

So far purchased 3 new cars from Lexus Leeds. Thought about buying another next year, my last purchase was a nightmare, incompetent sales team. Yesterday went for a service, told an hour, nearly 3 hours later… think twice about buying Lexus. @LexusUK

@LexusUK The service managers attitude I found a little condescending bit did offer £50 discount. Please tell me why I should buy another Lexus in the Spring of 2027?

@LexusUK I always have service done at Lexus. This time I was called and told the interim service would only take an hour as 2 technician would be on it. 2 3/4 hours later still waiting. No one updated me on delay. To make it worse I could see my car outside ready for 30 mins

@LexusUK The first two NX purchase experiences were great as was the service. My 3rd purchase was not so good, I had two sales reps arguing over commission in front of me, mistakes were made over registration and roadside assistance which I had to sort out myself, but service was good

@LexusUK Hi thank you for getting back to me, I notice you are from Lexus UK and not Lexus Leeds so I am happy to engage. Before I say anything we both know that it is easier to keep existing customers than win new ones and the cars themselves are good. Continued
