Today in Dublin, I went to photograph what I thought was a parade. They grabbed my camera & pushed Steve over. They then kicked him in the head, unable to get up they continued to kick him. They were Schalke football hooligans. I'm so appalled & disgusted!! #schalkehooligans

It is remarkable that the candidate in 4th right now @Niall_Boylan who has outlasted many other candidates wasn't considered for the @rte debate - @SocDems and @pb4p were in there and their candidates are gone. Now @ClareDalyMEP gone too. Must be very frustrating, whatever about candidates feeling the media don't give them a fair shake or that there is media bias, not being in the ring at all for such a big event is tough in particular when you see such a strong showing.

Gript Media is a press council member, our reporters are accredited, and we have the exact same right to cover the news and attend events as anyone from RTE and the Irish Times. I know that annoys some people, and boo-hoo for you, but we are not "citizen journalists".
