You made some great points here. If we have real disclosure, you are correct. The government would probably lose control. They have done studies of how this would affect all corners of society and it’s not good. So you have to ask the question, why is Donald Trump going to sign an executive order for UFO disclosure? It must be an issue which is being forced by some kind of event or outside influence that they can’t control. They would never do it voluntarily.

I’m at the point where I don’t believe any of these studies where people “didn’t eat seed oils”. So, they went to zero restaurants? Ate basically no food from packages? Never had salad dressing or used sauces? The only people NOT eating seed oils are those who are VERY specifically altering their lives in drastic ways, and people with crippling OCD and they only eat boiled cabbage or something. (Rare)

@clif_high @goddek Walnuts and Macadamia nuts have a 4:1 omega-6 to omega-3 ratio. Don't get the cheap ones though, they always tasted like mold and machine oil.

the problem with supplements is that so many go rancid. They cause their own levels of problems in your body, their being rancid induces inflammation. When then become chronic b/c you are taking the supplement. Most people are idiots and do not know how to evaluate their diet effectively.
