Here’s the info on the safety trials for the Hepatitis B vax. Is this gold standard research? Is @RobertKennedyJr crazy or do you think he’s got a point?

One of the most important skills I see in successful (and good) people is to constantly reevaluate assumptions. They make predictions based on various inputs, some of them unknown, and reevaluate based on what they got right and wrong. They trust people not because they're always right--no one is--but because if you're constantly seeking the truth it's easy to identify those who are doing the same. If you were confident that Donald J. Trump was going to lose, maybe you should question what else you "know" about him. Maybe the people who misled you about his electoral chances have misled you about other things. In the words of Cormac McCarthy, "If the rule you followed brought you to this, of what use was the rule?"

We can empathise with voters + accept the result but Trump’s victory does not make his program or vision better. We were wrong to believe Kamala Harris would win. We were not wrong to believe that she should have won. Or that the values + vision that she represents can win again

@RoryStewartUK right now there's too much breast- beating and apologising among Dems - Trump is every bit the malevolent idiotic monster he has always been and we should not for a minute be afraid to say the many millions who voted for him made a grotesque mistake .

When did they advertise the job of Witch-Finder General on the Government website? Did @NeilDotObrien have to go through an interview process in which he demonstrated his technique for burning heretics? This is sinister from an MP & Govt bag-carrier on the public payroll

Another top covid-sceptic, Dr Clare Craig, has deleted all her tweets from last year. Unfortunately for her attempts to cover her tracks... Google cached them, so we can take a look at how she’s used her professional qualifications to spread dangerous disinformation. A thread:

Is it really worth f*ckng family farms, undermining food security, forcing land clearances and fire sales of agricultural assets, breaking the continuity of generations of stewardship, just to raise a measly £500m to chuck into the black hole? Asking for farmers.

Fact alert: Only 200 estates per year claim more than £1 million in Agricultural Relief, and they had an average estate value of £6 million. The other c.1000 estates per year that claim AR wouldn't be affected by the cap. All the facts on IHT you could possibly want in this recent @CenTaxUK report centax.org.uk/wp-content/upl…
Rupert Harrison@rbrharrison

Pasty tax alert... If I had to pick one tax change today that will unravel it's the £1m limit to agricultural property relief in IHT. Most small family farms are worth more than that, not that the farmers want to sell them, but they will now be unable to pass the farm on.

I have a lot of respect for @JeremyClarkson and what he has achieved for British farming. As one of the few farming MPs in Parliament, I'd be very happy to work with Jeremy in order to fight back against this outrageous attack on British agriculture. Something must be done.
