@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Glass TV which has been the worst purchase ever has deteriorated even further and is lagging hugely with faster motion. Not a WiFi issue as it is connected to my Virgin Media box and is doing it on live TV. Any help would be appreciated.

@currys I have an ongoing complaint and still haven’t received my refund. The ‘Customers for life’ team have spoken to me on the phone twice and been extremely unhelpful and told me they’d call back but still haven’t received a call back. Getting beyond a joke now. Awful company.

@SkyHelpTeam Keep getting passed from person to person about my faulty Sky Glass TV but can’t actually get through to anyone who can help. Now can’t get through on the phone at all. I just want to get rid of this awful TV.

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Glass TV is constantly cutting out and is probably the worst TV I have ever owned. Tried all the troubleshooting steps with no success. Reading online, this seems to be a very common problem. Is it possible to return the TV and get out of my credit agreement?
