So it’s @NHL All Star weekend coming up in Toronto. Last time this happened in T.O. Was 2000. Tickets for the actual game r understandably high. Skills competition is Friday. Cheapest tix? $234 each, upper level, lower are $450+. Fam of 4 would need to spend $1000 min. 1/

@Smarter_RE These are the landlords who will get the unsavoury to "buy the lease" with high rental price all up front, caring a l'il less about profile. Ppl who are financially fastidious (ie, RESPONSIBLE) may not participate in this nonsense... For a rental.

Rental market is a mess. Some Agents/Landlords pricing downtown rental condos $200-$400 under going rate to create even more demand &!bidding wars. On a lease. I mean if it wasn’t bad enough for tenants. Things will improve slightly in Sept as demand will cool for rentals.
