@British_Airways @British_Airways please tell me why I am still waiting for someone to reply to my compensation claim after my delayed flight in January? There is no one who will talk to me and I have a legitimate claim which you have closed the case on. Why can’t I speak to someone?

@British_Airways This link doesn’t work. They have closed my case and I’m trying to reopen it. I was delayed over 5 hours in YYZ in January due to a faulty plane and BA won’t pay up the compensation I am due.
