Trump just posted the U.S. is close to meeting its objectives and considers winding down its military efforts. The Hormuz strait will have to be guarded by other nations who use it — the United States does not!!

Honestly, aren't you all just exhausted by the noise and the fake news? Every data source I’ve looked at shows that over the last three days, at most six tankers—Aframax or larger—have actually passed through the Strait. So, why don't we just test it? Let's send three VLCCs or Aframaxes through the Strait every three hours for the next three days. We all want the truth, don't we? Let’s just watch and see how Iran actually reacts and face the reality head-on. I’m just so incredibly sick of all of this. #oott #iran

Maybe it’s still early, and I would prefer the fourth unit to be located in a country perceived as less risky, but it’s not hard to imagine a very profitable FLNG operating in Venezuela.... $GLNG

By swapping Qatari LNG for US LNG in Asia, you’re more or less doubling the time it takes for the #LNG to reach the buyer. It makes perfect sense to see tanker rates going through the roof. Interested to see what Qatar does with its currently sidelined fleet. @ColumbiaUEnergy

ULCCs can carry up to 3-4 million barrels of crude oil, at market prices today, a load could be valued at over $250 million- that's why insurers are raising rates and vessels aren't risking their load and their $50-$90 million vessel cost.

@pitdesi @lipko 1. I don’t know anybody that would dare to use one 2. That’s a small number of them for a city this size, while in Europe they’re everywhere 3. They’re being run at a huge loss, which rather validates OP’s point about the US not handling public market solutions well
