While the dust has yet to settle, this article argues that Google's Quantum AI apper don't change what Bitcoin needs to do; they change how much time it has to do it. Inside: The 9-minute attack explained simply, Satoshi's uniquely exposed Bitcoin, what Google's ZKP actually signals, and the popular Bitcoin defence that no longer holds. Featuring perspectives from @hosseeb @nic_carter @drakefjustin and @CraigGidney - the man whose work sits at the centre of all this.

People totally underestimate compounding in every aspect of life meditate 30 minutes a day: guaranteed within a couple of months you will feel better and within some years you wonder how you could feel so good buy a portfolio of diversified stocks, or index funds, or tech stocks, every month, even with a small amount. Keep doing it for years, during bull and bearmarkets, and you are almost guaranteed to have a nice amount after a while since depressions or extended recessions rarely come along buy some small pieces of farmland, can be cheap, and keep doing that every year. After a while you will have a nice real estate portfolio buy some gold & silver coins every year, or some btc, and you will have a nice stack of hard money after some years a smile, 5 minutes of sun-exposure, some walking, some strength training, some chi-gong. Tiny amounts, every day, and you can be so happy and fit after some years connect with quality people, intelligent friends, when opportunities arrive and let go of toxic ones. Within years your friends-group will be totally different and interesting for the long term relationship-wise, same thing. A kiss every day, flowers once in a while, learn multi-orgasmic techniques, be kind, be present smile, do new things, and wonders happen long term. A tree flourishes long term when you water it, same with a relationship children. Keep setting the right example every day and they will turn out ok probably most of us on here still have decades left on this planet, don´t be impatient, go slowly, step by step, and you´ll still achieve more than most. Don´t underestimate the compounding effect

You dont want a yacht. You dont want a big house. You dont want a super car, a $40,000 watch, or shoes you worry about getting dirty. You want free will. You want to wake up naturally on a Tuesday and you want to go to bed when you’re done having fun. You want to say yes to everything that excites you without having to request time off. You want to go to the the gym at noon, in absolutely no hurry. You want to spend 18 hours a day doing what you love. You want to be exactly where you desire being, always. You want to spend as much time with the people you care about as possible. You’re saying you wanna be rich? In what?

🚨🎙️| Joe Hart on West Ham’s disallowed equalizer vs Arsenal, accuses VAR of saving Arsenal’s title hopes: 🗣️“Listen, I don’t care what anyone says, that goal should’ve stood. VAR has absolutely ruined moments like that. West Ham fought for that equalizer and somehow they’ve found a way to disallow it for the softest little touch you’ll ever see. If that’s Arsenal scoring at the Emirates, nobody even checks it for more than five seconds. And this is what frustrates fans, Arsenal have lived off those scrappy, aggressive goals all season. Blocking keepers, crowding the six-yard box, little nudges here and there… suddenly when it happens against them, it’s ‘clear and obvious.’ Give me a break. I was a goalkeeper, I know when a keeper’s genuinely impeded and when he’s looking for help. There’s no way you can tell me that was enough contact for the goal to be overturned. The game’s gone soft. West Ham have been robbed, simple as that. You wonder why fans think certain clubs get favourable decisions because moments like this keep happening. Arsenal are in a title race and somehow every 50/50 call seems to land their way. That equalizer changes the whole atmosphere of the game and VAR bottled it. Absolutely bottled it.”

Dr. Andrew Huberman confirmed a “conspiracy theory” about incandescent vs LED light bulbs. The long wavelengths found in incandescent bulbs increase your metabolism and “charge your mitochondria.” Conversely, the LED bulbs that most of you have in your house are “causing disruptions in mitochondrial function.”

Here’s a podcast about mitochondrial dysfunction. From all my years of using ketogenic diets like the lion diet for health, getting impacted by mold, experiencing SSRI induced withdrawal/damage, it finally appears like the root cause is mitochondrial dysfunction at a cellular level. The research into this is cutting edge and fascinating. @ChrisMasterjohn, a PhD in nutritional sciences, runs a mitochondrial testing company called Mitome and is unbelievably knowledgeable about mitochondrial dysfunction. We get into what serotonin is actually doing in your body, why SSRIs and benzodiazepines are actually mitochondrial drugs in ways nobody prescribing them understands, why the lion diet and other keto diets work from a biochemistry standpoint, why mega-dosing supplements can harm you, what B vitamins and red meat have to do with inflammation, how mold toxicity and food reactions can produce identical symptoms and more. This one is for anyone who has been chronically sick and wants to understand what’s going on at a cellular level.

You need to be talking to strangers. By not doing so, you are greatly diminishing your capacity for luck, serendipity, and synchronicity to occur in your life. As you raise your frequency and increase your level of consciousness… you will find that more and more, you will “just happen” to “randomly” bump into the exact kind of people you needed to meet. Complete strangers will reveal themselves in miraculous ways. But the catch is that you have to talk to them. Life has a hilarious way of making this work time and time again. Real ones can attest to this being fact. EVERY SINGLE PERSON that you hold dear to your heart, were at one point complete strangers that you decided to take a chance on, and get to know… And the odds of your paths crossing… were next to impossible. If you consider the weight of the entire life trajectories of both parties. It’s a miracle that your realities happened to align in the same point in space and time. However, because it actually DID happen, and that you ACTUALLY happened to meet them… IT WAS FATED FROM THE BEGINNING; the probability was always going to be 100%. Ya dig? The paradox of choice, free will, and determinism. Be glad you met the people you adore and love, because it was both an impossible event, yet one forever destined (and pre-arranged ;-) )to take place.

🚨🇪🇺 The European Commission is about to steal your search history in one of the largest forced data grabs in the history of the open internet, and almost nobody is talking about it. The scope is staggering: 🔴 Every query you type 🔴 Every voice and photo search 🔴 Every autocomplete you accept 🔴 Your language, your device 🔴 Your country pinned to a ~3km² grid 🔴 Every result you saw, every link you hovered 🔴 Every click and scroll 🔴 The full chronological order of your search sessions Meaning the European Union now knows your: 🔴 Health symptoms 🔴 Pregnancy 🔴 Sexual orientation 🔴 Political views 🔴 Religious beliefs 🔴 Financial distress 🔴 Legal trouble 🔴 Addictions 🔴 Affairs Under the proposed measures for DMA Article 6(11), Google would be ordered to ship the daily search behaviour of hundreds of millions of Europeans to multiple third parties through a daily API feed. Any approved "online search engine," AI chatbots included, would get five years of access. The things people only ever type when they think no one is watching. All of it now scheduled to flow daily into an open-ended list of third parties scattered across the European Union. Brussels promises "anonymisation." The reality is a thin technical veneer that has been broken in academic literature again and again for over a decade. Search behaviour is a fingerprint. Stripping a name does not change that. Mass data leaks become inevitable. Every new beneficiary is a new attack surface, and every annual audit is a year of silent exposure between checks. The 2025 Discord vendor breach already showed how fast 70,000 government IDs can leak through a single weak link. Now imagine that link holding Europe's search history. Surveillance without consent becomes the default. Hundreds of millions of EU citizens never agreed to have their queries packaged and shipped to companies they have never heard of. The legal fiction of "anonymisation" cannot manufacture consent that was never given. Behavioural search data is a goldmine for phishing, blackmail, social engineering, and corporate espionage. Foreign intelligence services get a back door without effort. They do not need to breach Google. They only need to compromise the weakest name on the beneficiary list. One insolvent startup. One compromised contractor. One approved entity quietly acquired by a hostile state. In the name of "competition," the EU is about to manufacture a permanent, distributed, daily-refreshed copy of Europe's collective search history. A surveillance dataset Brussels itself would never approve if any other government tried to build it. The public consultation closes Friday, May 1, 2026 at 23:59 CEST. The final binding decision lands July 27, 2026. After that, the door does not close again. Tag your MEPs! File a response! Make noise!
