The school summer holidays have now started. Streams will resume on the first week in September! There might be the odd random stream in between.

Let me tell you how well Spanberger forcing us back into Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative is working in Virginia. I now pay $13+/month MORE to Dominion who left us w/out power for 14 HOURS yesterday. This is the second time in 2 months.

First learned to shoot at 10 from my grandfather. He didn't have many guns, but had a 22 rifle and pistol. Said it was good to teach me responsibility.
When my son turned 10, my father-in-law got him a .410. He had already been shooting a 22 Rifle for a couple years, was time to move up.

@japan_nobunaga At 10 I let my son pull the car out of the garage after we did some work on it.
At 12 he was practicing in the church parking lot (with the church bus) and in my neighborhood with my car.
He didn't grow up in a rural area, but I did and I did pretty much the same thing.

Do you actually let your kid drive on an empty parking lot at like 12 years old?
In Japan, you can't even touch a steering wheel until you're 18. Not a joke. Not once. Not "just around the block." Never.
But online, every American dad just goes "yeah I taught him on the farm truck when he was 10" like it's teaching him to ride a bike.
So now I'm genuinely curious:
How old were YOU the first time you actually drove a real car?
Is this a rural thing? Or does this happen in cities too?

@TeamZissou @illsaywutiwant This is one reason I pause when looking at moving. We got our house in 2009 and my wife owns the house she grew up in across the street from us. Our son (22) now lives there. It's getting tougher and tougher and prohibitively expensive to buy a house.

@illsaywutiwant We went through holy hell to close on our home and we have top tier credit, put more than 20% down and bought below what we qualified for. Despite this, we had a 60 day close & had to provide hundreds of docs. Banks are weaponized now.

I was lucky enough to have bought starter home right before it became prohibitively expensive for an American to do so on a single salary..
I'm ready to refinance now and upgrade, but of course our government is STILL favoring illegals over actual citizens.

whatever you can stick to consistently is what works.
might want to consider getting a walking pad at home so you can be doing other stuff while getting your steps in.
once you feel up to it, maybe consider some deadlifts or kettlebell swings because dad strength is really important when the kids are little IMO.

Workout routine is pretty much what I think would work
1. Walk a mile to the gym
2. 20 mins on stairmaster on Lvl 3-4 (sometimes I dont want to do this so ill do an hour on treadmill)
3. 40 mins on 12 Incline with 2.5 speed on treadmill
4. Chest and shoulder press 5 reps of 10
5. Walk a mile back home
Eat chicken breast and veggies for dinner
That's the flowchart every day I am at home. If you have any advice would love to hear it from yall perspective.

A lot of people gave me compliments this past weekend and recent videos but yea I lost like 40 lbs so far Been going to the gym for the last few months and eating more clean when I am home Will keep up the grind 248-208 so far and I’m pretty disciplined now it’s been great!
