@LisaJBryant @JasonClareMP Not sure if you are serious Lisa. I know many services that already ban private mobiles through their service policies. I think we have gone beyond banning photos. Parents expect them and staff rely on them for keeping documentation manageable.

@PrettiestFrog Should be "one of whom," but I hate it when we fight. When I was a young student, no one was trans. This is a sick social fad, and it does no one any good. If you encourage it, perhaps you should not be teaching young students. Also, the grammar part.

@AmyKish88 I can tell you how many times women directors have excused male educators from attending abuse prevention training. Misogyny turns a blind eye to grooming behavior

Grooming is hard to identify. And many educators don't want to constantly assume the worst of their colleagues.

@DeanneCarson @bodysafetyau There’s lots of work going on at the coalface. There always has been. But for instance Australia has no overarching policy framework for the coordinated management of child sexual exploitation cases.

There's a chasm between how large child sexual exploitation features in the political imaginary of the right (child rescue! mole children!) and the left (moral panic! it's a conspiracy theory!) and how little is actually done about the realities of child sexual exploitation.

@JaneyGodley I’m a lesbian and agree that only biological parents should be on a birth certificate. It’s a certificate of BIRTH. Legal guardians or other caretakers should have a different guardian stating that a child is in their care.
