The first time we heard of RGG working on Stranger Than Heaven (then labelled as a new IP that wasn't tied to Yakuza or Judgment) was back in 2021. Chances are that the game will release next year, which would give it one of the longest dev cycles by the team so far, I believe.

Damn, that's unfortunate for Clint Hocking, however it's good news in that Jean Guesdon is the replacement Creative Director. Jean Guesdon was Creative Director of Black Flag and Origins. He's also worked with Darby McDevitt too, so all in all, this is a positive.

Assassin’s Creed Nebula is rumored to be the next mainline Assassin’s Creed game after Assassin’s Creed Hexe, set in the Aztec Empire, India, and the Mediterranean. However, we haven’t received any news about it in a long time and we still don’t know whether it’s in active development after Ubisoft’s restructuring. This is one of my most anticipated settings for Assassin’s Creed and I really hope it’s still alive.

Well then, there's a big delay for an unannounced title that is most likely the Black Flag Remake that won't release until FY27. On top of that, 2 studios got shut down. They also cancelled the Sands of Time Remake. Pretty safe to say, they are clearly knee deep in a rebuild right now. My last tweet was tweeted with the intention of the Black Flag Remake being announced within a month or so, so forget about that lmao...
