@MargaretBird3 Sometimes things only happen when you go public - OCRA and other residents associations have been warning about this for weeks and have been repeatedly told that the decision has been made not to help - finally you are listening with less than a week to go!!!

That is a shame that OCRA have passed on comments, scaremongering ,when they are very much aware of the work being done to ensure no one cannot access services from Old Coulsdon and vice versa. Your role should be to help residents.
