@sainsburys I have been over charged online. The promotion was 2 cases of beer for £20. When I asked for a refund to my credit card, I was told I could only have an Evoucher. How many trading standards rules have you broken. You cannot possible believe this is best practice.

@sainsburys my order was due for delivery between 7.30am & 8.30. I received a very blunt message at 7.33am saying it had been cancelled. The money has been debited from my card. What’s going on please?

@vaillantuk I agree. Not worth the paper it’s written on. Took days to get through to actually speak to someone (0330 100 3462). Operator mumbled his way through the script. £98 callout if it’s found not to be specifically the boiler at fault - how would I know, I’m not an engineer 😡.
