So easy to use - but my consultant upped my dose to 3 then 4 sprays a day as symptoms returned my skin just not absorbing enough. She’s now changed me to a 75mcg patch - I’m worried how I’m gonna feel going forward 🥹

@Rubyred0825 @ThisisDavina Ive been on progesterone for a few years now alongside oestrogen. Ive recently started lenzetto. Alls i can say is amazing. 1 spray on my inner arm each morning, much better than the gel. I feel so much better, finally feel like ive got the balance right. HRT can take a few weeks
