@EJSimcock @easyJet @TUIUK did the same with us. We paid extra for an AM flight which they cancelled. They automatically put us on a late afternoon flight to Turkey so we lost a full nights food, drink and entertainment. We asked to move to the same flight the next morning, Cost £50pp amendment fee!

Once again @easyJet have cancelled my flight, which I paid extra for as it was a better time, and put me on a later flight, which was cheaper. Will I see a refund for the difference? No. Have I lost a day of holiday? Yes. Do @easyJet care? No. Terrible service as typical.

@TUIUK @kayoxtoby Hi Kay, They did the same with me and I stupidly gave them my holiday reference number (not card details) and they accessed my TUI holiday account and cancelled my holiday trying to get a refund. I managed to contact TUI in private messages and they sorted it.

@TUIUK are the tui helpers email genuine I have been conversing with them and know they want me to manually send my card details by email to them as system not working surely you never send details by email

Anyone trying to contact TUI, if someone says try customer. service@tuihelpers.co.uk DONT!!! It is a scam. They will try and get your details posing as TUI and will at best cancel your holiday at worst clean your bank account!!

@TUIUK I have been trying to use the chat function on the website and app for last two days . When I go through the chatbot and ask to speak to a travel advisor I get told chat has ended. Not giving me a lot of confidence in my booking

Been trying all day via my @TUIUK app and laptop to upgrade one of my rooms for my holiday, got cut off two online chats and the DM option is the slowest it's ever been, I really don't want to miss this room change as it'll mean my family have more space and not be cramped :(

@TUIUK Thanks Jo. A customer who is going in June has already been looked after and sorted whereas we’re going this April (two months before).I called and spoke to customer services yesterday who said our hotel is absolutely opening. This is causing so much anxiety and worry.Please help

@TUIUK dear Tui, we have been told by reliable sources and have read in various Facebook groups that the melia tortuga beach resort in Cape Verde will not be open in April. We do not want to go to the melia duna resort. Please be honest and help us change our holiday. Tnk you 🙏

@TUIUK trying countless times to get in touch with TUI with regards to a refund of £435, no one ever answers the phone. I’ve spoken to other branches and they say the only branch that can deal with my refund is the one we booked our holiday with. Didn’t expect this, frustrating!
