I want to move on to using my brush - just need to research those videos. I do this twice daily for 5 minutes and I have already lost weight from my anti-inflammatory diet! So I am very happy Right Now!

I started a hair, nails and skin gummy from Walgreens. My hair was thinning too and my nails wouldn’t grow. Now they are and the gummy plus doing lymphatic drainage massage 2x a day, my skin is smoothing out. Trying to reverse the aging process for my upcoming Tribute show! Also starting an anti-inflammatory diet. Making changes for the better! Tired of daily medications that don’t help. It has been a slow process, but I am seeing a difference.
