@Specsavers why have you discontinued the children’s football framed glasses? One very upset 11 year old, who doesn’t want Marvel or Harry Potter frames.

@Specsavers No, he didn’t like any of the others on display in the kids section. The adult ones, were all slightly too big for his face and he really didn’t like any on offer.

@Debralougib We never want anyone to be upset when picking new specs, Debra. We're always changing our frames and do try to make sure there are ones for everyone. Were you able to find them some glasses that they love?
