One of the reasons I joke with @ajmahler @itsCoryOnX that I don't go to the gym! Because I am still getting my shit together with @Deebs70. If you see me at the gym ask me a question sure I will give you my advice but usually don't unless asked because I still don't see myself as someone that has earned anything to give advice about.
Anywho this is my current reps, technique and body progress so far ...

Gym tip culture is wild. If you’re giving advice my first thought is: 👉 Show me your reps. 👉 Show me your technique. 👉 Show me the physique you built either past or present (or built for others). No receipts = no evidence based expertise or credibility.

The ONLY belt that would have gotten that type of money would be Hogan’s big green belt, which does not exist anymore.
