So much extreme doom posting. Historically, things always work out. The good times last longer than the bad. The truth is always a bit more in the middle. Certainly more than we will ever see on x regardless of your beliefs For weeks people have called for limit downs at the weekly open and none have come. There have been hundreds of big market events like Iran, Ukraine, Covid, US China Trade war in 2018, 2013 Taper tantrum, the GFC etc. Everything always returns to its standard programming. Governments will continue to be irresponsible, and grow their debt. Nothing ever changes

Wise Eyes

We are living in the largest social experiment of the last century. That experiment being the systematic untethering of sound, hard money from the world financial system which was then funneled into debt fueled nation state fiat currencies. This has lead to a collective, entrenched mass disillusionment over the last 50 years. The weakening of fiat currencies (due to inflation over time) against all assets has made it so the majority of the world have only one occupation from 18 to 65 - a debt slave. The scholastic years before this period in your life are the preparation/indoctrination steps through a mixture of selective education and peer pressure en masse to “get on a path” and stick to it. This is the oil/lubricant of the modern day debt fueled world we live in. Money has become all encompassing for most due to the cost of living. Many have become so obsessed with money that it’s robbed them of there own spirituality, dignity and ability to desire/pursue what was once basic human pursuits (owning a space to live in, having a family, finding a community of people you can form a social circle in). The mass disillusionment we find ourselves in is that many would trade a very large stack of pieces of cotton laced paper for there time, friendships, family, relationships, spirituality, and community which is what fundamentally make up the human experience to begin with. Perhaps the largest facet of this disillusionment is the idea that money itself is a means to a “happy ending” instead of an empty, trivial pursuit into the black hole of an idea that having a bigger, better and more sophisticated version of basic human needs (clothing, shelter, food and transportation) makes your life somehow magically “better”. And that many, in the pursuit of this ideology will sacrifice everything even if it means losing everything that made them who they are - in the process. Put down your phone, look up at the stars, walk through your closest fields of snow, sand, grass, concrete or whatever your surrounding living space allows. Because in this day and age it’s looking up at all that is around you, realizing that the real edge now is in living your life as your god or the universe (whatever your religion or ideology is) intended. In the REAL world, with real people who love and care about you. By looking up from your phone, you are seeing more than most of the world we live in today, who are all stuck - eternally looking down into the smart-phone matrix. Your greatest luxuries are your physical body, the love you surround yourself with and the community that shares the same dreams/like minded future as you do. Be more aware and selective or how you choose to spend your time - the most beautiful gift you’ve ever been given. Keep swimmin 🦈🐱 cats a mf shark

In the United States, you are indoctrinated into a system of efficiency by design - the ultimate game of materialism, and the relentless pursuit of wealth and status. The incentive structures have been set up in such a way that you lose sight of what’s most important in your life. True lasting enjoyment is substitute for dopamine and instant gratification. Time with family becomes optional as kids are sent off to school to be mostly raised/taught by someone else so the parents can make the money to continue the flywheel of dopamine hits and instant gratification at there 9-5 jobs. Community and bonding are replaced with competitions, sports, trophies and social media tik tok reels. Outsiders look at the US and see extreme wealth, excess and obesity. The insiders look at a system designed to enslave its citizens via debt mixed with inflation, a system that feeds its citizens poison to make $$ for the medical industrial complex and fights wars in countries no one has any interest in fighting while the elite class loots the treasury and drives us further and further down a road with a very predictable ending as shown through the lessons of history. But, you don’t have to be that person or see the world that way. You can carve your own path, but it requires you look deeply and differently at circumstance. We can all CHOOSE to be the rose that grew from this concrete we find ourselves in. You can start today by putting your phone down, seeing the good in others, dreaming big even when the future seems stacked against you, believing in truth over deceit and love over hate. You can choose to slow yourself down, take life one day at a time (and treat it as a gift), and relinquish the pressure to perform because in the end we are all just stardust. I remain hopeful despite everything I’ve said because sometimes you need to burn a forest to its roots to restore its natural ecosystem and prevent the catastrophic wildfires of the future. keep swimmin and spread love the future is bright and beautiful 4EVER 🦈🐱❤️

in many ways, we are heavily limited by our own past and future experiences humans have a tendency to draw on our own perceived experiences as a means to project forward what we think is likely to happen next it’s why so many traders often draw similarities or patterns between previous projects success and their own the next Bitcoin, the next dogecoin, the next WIF, the next Solana, the next Ethereum, the next…(insert whatever project comes to mind) but, one must remember that in order for their to have even been a next there had to have been a first and in that is the grand prize it’s called authenticity + lore and the only way to achieve that is to do as a community what no one else has done before you and no one else will ever be able to duplicate after you (though they will try too) because when something is authentic it becomes a part of the culture of the space for better or worse and it lives on as an example of what success means in the space - what type of behaviors are rewarded reward love, reward faith, reward resilience it’s shark cat 4EVER 🦈🐱 $SC

Earlier today, a user attempted to buy AAVE using $50M USDT through the Aave interface. Given the unusually large size of the single order, the Aave interface, like most trading interfaces, warned the user about extraordinary slippage and required confirmation via a checkbox. The user confirmed the warning on their mobile device and proceeded with the swap, accepting the high slippage, which ultimately resulted in receiving only 324 AAVE in return. The transaction could not be moved forward without the user explicitly accepting the risk through the confirmation checkbox. The CoW Swap routers functioned as intended, and the integration followed standard industry practices. However, while the user was able to proceed with the swap, the final outcome was clearly far from optimal. Events like this do occur in DeFi, but the scale of this transaction was significantly larger than what is typically seen in the space. We sympathize with the user and will try to make a contact with the user and we will return $600K in fees collected from the transaction. The key takeaway is that while DeFi should remain open and permissionless, allowing users to perform transactions freely, there are additional guardrails the industry can build to better protect users. Our team will be investigating ways to improve these safeguards going forward.
