Day2-land at store, closed for rennov., next store-talk to Lenovo, when I insisted agreed to lodge a complaint next day, do I need to leave laptop - no Day4-followup, not able to login. followup2 evening-need the comp. to login complaint! send comp tomm will get it fixed quickly

@cromaretail @TataCompanies @Lenovo awful experience dealing with Croma and Lenovo. making me run from pillar to post, giving wrong information, now being told it will take 5 more days to get someone to attend. 10 days to get support for a laptop under manufacturer warranty

@cromaretail and the saga continues now after 36 hours I am being asked to bring the laptop back again at a croma store. this is when I went to deposit the laptop and was told categorically that it is not required and it is eligible for onsite service.
