@abhigupt12 @cromaretail It has been a truly frustrating experience to deal with a brand like Croma, systems don't work, no responses come, everyone has a different solution to the problem which they refuse to put on an email or give to you in writing. really sad to see a brand go down like this

@cromaretail @TataCompanies @Lenovo are you saying that 5 days after a service request being raised on your website and 3 days after escalating on your X account you don't have a status update and there is no one to call up the client nor responding on email or whatsapp??

Day2-land at store, closed for rennov., next store-talk to Lenovo, when I insisted agreed to lodge a complaint next day, do I need to leave laptop - no Day4-followup, not able to login. followup2 evening-need the comp. to login complaint! send comp tomm will get it fixed quickly

@cromaretail and the saga continues now after 36 hours I am being asked to bring the laptop back again at a croma store. this is when I went to deposit the laptop and was told categorically that it is not required and it is eligible for onsite service.

#cromaretail #tatasons bought a laptop has stopped functioning, running pillar to post. your website closes the complaint automatically twice. call centre asks me to take to the store which was closed down a few days back. another store says I need to go to the manufacturer.

@cromaretail my experience 1) logged complaint on website, closed manually twice without even contacting me 2) called up call centre asked me to go to croma store, I enquired can I go to Phoenix Mall store, told me yes.

@LGIndia in fact at least 2 times - when the person came to install and after our complaint -we had pointed out that the cooling was not right and we got no diagnosis and general advice like keep the temp a bit high (change from 3 to 5 for the fridge). No diagnosis was done like this time

@LGIndia I have bought a new refrigerator (around 6 months back). Persistently having problems with cooling of the fridge. Technicians come and fix it but it breaks down again. Please help with a good engineer or replace the product. I am in Mumbai.

@LGIndia No one has contacted from the customer service team. A service engineer had called and promised to come at 12 noon, has not come as yet. We are not confident if the person will come or even if he comes whether we will get any real resolution.
