I follow the RWA sector quite closely, and honestly, I’m extremely bullish on it. RWA will become the loudest narrative in the next cycle.
And in that picture, real estate is still the piece that no L1 has truly solved in its actual nature.
When @integra_layer appeared with the positioning of an Asset-Specific L1 for a 400 trillion USD market.
I immediately understood they weren’t trying to build a ‘general-purpose chain,’ but instead chose the path that real estate inherently requires: compliance, identity, provenance, valuation… all integrated directly at the protocol layer.
Being introduced and guided by @Polytrade_fin - the core development, ecosystem, and research team behind the architecture of Integra ,is the point that caught my attention the most.
Because @Polytrade_fin is no amateur. They are the team that built the world’s largest RWA marketplace, covering more than 90% of public tokenized RWAs (~4.3B).
This means Integra has real assets, a real pipeline, and a real institutional network from day one ,.not the usual “narrative with no underlying product” story.
Their ecosystem is also quite clear: Nitya Capital (4B AUM), GTC Hospitality, Digishares, ERC-3643, auditor/attestor network…
To be blunt, very few RWA chains have a ready 12B+ AuM pipeline to bring on-chain immediately.
If Infra-RWA enters an acceleration phase, I think @integra_layer could become the standard representative for a Real Estate L1.
With this positioning, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a base range of 4–6B FDV and an expansion to 10–20B at the peak of the narrative.
But more than valuation, the most important thing to watch is how they standardize real estate capital flows on-chain ,something this market has been waiting far too long for.
