This closes a loop I've been working on for three months.
Every agent harness debate has a hidden assumption: that the harness is a thing on top of the backend. Anthropic, OpenAI, LangChain, CrewAI argue about how thick that wrapper should be. Nobody questions that it's a wrapper.
Mike's argument is harder. The harness isn't on top of the backend. The harness IS the backend, once you have the right primitives.
The math that forces the issue: N agents and M services produce N² × M stochastic paths to debug. One agent + 5 services = 5 paths. Four agents + 5 services = 80. You can't ship that and sleep.
What most teams build today: agent runs in a Python process, decides to act, translates a tool call into an HTTP request, which triggers a queue publish, which writes to a database. Three retry schedules. Three timeout policies. No shared trace. Debugging means timestamp correlation across systems with different log formats. This is stochastic LLMs ran unning inside deterministic backends, and it's why production agent bills look the way they do.
Stop treating the agent's loop, tools, and memory as a separate layer. Make them participants in the same execution model as everything else.
Three primitives:
→ Worker, any process that connects (Python, TS, Rust, browser tab, microVM)
→ Function, a unit of work with a stable ID (orders::validate, llm::summarize)
→ Trigger, what causes a function to run (HTTP, cron, queue, state change, stream)
An agent is a worker.
A queue is a worker.
A sandbox is a worker.
They all register functions and triggers. They all participate in the same discovery, observability, and trace pipeline.
Three properties drop out that legacy architectures can't produce:
Live discovery: a connecting worker gets the full catalog of every function on every other worker. For agents this is cognitive infrastructure. No stale tool descriptions.
Live extensibility: add capabilities to a running system without redeploys. The agent can install a new worker mid-task and use it on the next call.
Live observability: one trace across languages, across queue handoffs, across the agent-backend boundary. Not three systems with timestamp correlation.
The recursion is where it gets interesting. An agent worker can spawn a sandbox worker at runtime. Hardware-isolated. Registers its own functions. Joins the live catalog. Gets torn down when done. Same primitive. The agent extended itself with a capability that didn't exist when it started.
This also collapses the thin vs. thick harness debate. A thin harness is a worker with few functions. A thick harness is a worker with more functions and explicit gates. Same system, different composition.
The pattern is the same one that's worked twice before. Everything-is-a-file made Unix composable. Components-as-functions made React's mental model stick. Worker / Function / Trigger is the same shape applied to backend execution.
Paradigm shifts don't add features. They collapse categories.

If you are serious about onpage seo and schema, you should check this out..
When I do onpage seo, I use schemawriter.ai and run a report for the target keyword.
It builds out the entire advanced schema, but it also scrapes and finds and sorts all top10 competitors entities.
An entity is a special keyword that has a Wikipedia page. Its important, because Google uses Wikipedia to train its knowledge graph.
So if you have entities in your content, Google knows, without a doubt, what your content is about.
In the Entities report, schemawriter shows all your entities, the competitions, and also the entity gap. This means, you can directly see what entities your competition is using, and you are not..
We also find a special category "Additional entities".. We search google this way: keyword + wikipedia In this way, we find entities that google directly shows in their search page that are important..

Gojiberry AI just hit $2M ARR.
A few months ago we were at €0.
This is the second SaaS I've built. The first one I sold at €500K ARR.
This time, we moved faster. Here's exactly how we did it, so you can do it too.
The core principle that changed everything:
We used our own tool to grow our own tool.
Gojiberry AI finds high-intent leads and engages with them automatically.
We run it on ourselves. It works insanely well.
Here's the full breakdown:
1) Outreach (the engine)
- LinkedIn: 5 accounts, 30 connection requests + 30 DMs per account per day.
Only targeting warm leads showing real intent.
Connection acceptance rates and reply rates are insane when you do this right.
- Cold email: 6,000 emails per day. 295,000 sent in 90 days. 900+ opportunities created.
41 domains, 123 inboxes, plain text only, no links, no images, 2-3 email sequences max.
Total infra cost: ~$600/month.
The offer is always the same: a valuable blueprint. No pitch. Just value first.
2) Inbound (the compound effect)
- LinkedIn: 6 posts per day across 6 accounts.
6 days/week = lead magnet content. 1 day/week = founder story.
Last 7 days: 788,187 impressions.
- Reddit: 14.8M+ views in 12 months. The trick: warm up the account, post 3x per week, tell real stories, offer blueprints, and never debate the haters.
- YouTube: Long-tail SEO content targeting competitor keywords. It's starting to rank.
- SEO: 50K visitors/month and growing fast.
3) Paid (we're just starting)
- 3 LinkedIn influencer posts/week (~$500 each).
- Facebook retargeting + acquisition
Scaling paid ads aggressively right now.
4) Demos
5–8 per day. ~70% close rate to free plan. Mostly sales teams.
What actually worked:
→ Using our own tool on ourselves (this alone is a cheat code)
→ High-intent outreach > cold outreach. Every single time.
→ Lead magnet posts on LinkedIn that generate thousands of comments.
One post added $5K MRR in under 24 hours. Cost: $0.
→ Replying to every single comment.
→ Speed. Every delay kills momentum. We removed friction from every step of the funnel.
→ AI helping us do 10x more than we ever could alone.
What's not working:
- We need to delegate. We're currently hiring a founding sales to help us scale to $10M ARR (feel free to reach out if you know someone 😇 )
The path from €0 to $2M ARR is not glamorous.
It's 18-hour days, boring repetitive work, testing things that fail, and doing it all again tomorrow.
But if you do the right things every day, good outreach, real value, fast follow-up, it compounds.
And one day you wake up and you're at $2M ARR.
The goal now: $10M ARR.

tell your product team to specifically change the roadmap to cater to this segment before any other user
now -
create a list of 3000+ people who are your dream customers and also an ideal ICP fit (based on the stripe data)
this can include people who are already customers and the ones that you wish were your customers.
email all of them inviting them on a video podcast where you ask them questions on how they grow and built their business succefully , any strategies that worked well for them etc
hire some indian dude as a video editor who processes it into a complete long form podcast and finds the best clips for you with insane hooks
distribute this content into every channel + repurpose it into blogs , newsletters etc
every podcast should create a custom lead magnet where people can give their email to download it
you now have a clear brand association with your core ICP and have content they care about.
- Use it to attract other high ICP fit customers towards you
- Use it to convert said guests into users as well

Now make a LinkedIn post with a killer hook, insane value directly related to this audience and what you do with either a single image, video or a carousel (no multiple images)
if the post works well -
- edit it 2 weeks later and include a utm link to a custom landing page built for this audience and a CTA
- Run thought leadership ads on this post
- Identify and reach out to website visitors from this post + retarget people who showed interest + see which posts perform best
- Rinse and repeat

Guide complet : comment automatiser ton SEO avec Claude pour sortir 50 articles/mois (ecom & agence) et virer ton agence à 2k par mois.
1. Setup du terrain.
Installes Node.js 20+ sur ton ordinateur et crées un dossier projet-seo-agents qui va contenir toute ta pipeline.
Dans ce dossier, tu installes :
. Claude Code
. Le SDK OpenAI
. Playwright (pour les screenshots de ton app/site)
. Sanity (le CMS qui va stocker les articles)
Tu crées aussi 3 comptes :
. OpenRouter
. Google AI Studio pour Gemini & Nano Banana
. Sanity pour le CMS
Tu colles les 3 clés API dans un fichier .env à la racine du projet.
2. Construire le cerveau (Md).
C'est LE fichier que Claude Code lit à chaque session.
Tu définis dedans :
. Le workflow standard (quel agent tourne en premier, en deuxième, etc.)
. Les fichiers de contexte à toujours charger (ta stratégie, ton style d'écriture, ta marque, sa cible...)
. Les règles absolues (tout en français, jamais publier sans QA, structure des articles)
. Le déclencheur de publication
C'est le plus complqi,é une fois que c'est fait t'as plus beosin de réepxlique le process à Claude.
3. Créer tes agents.
Tu crées un dossier agents/ avec 6 qui ont chacun UN job précis :
. 01-keyword-researcher.md → recherche mots-clés principaux + secondaires + intention de recherche
. 02-outline-builder.md → construit un plan H2/H3 basé sur les top 10 SERP
. 03-writer.md → rédige 1800-2500 mots avec ta voix Scalify (direct, nous, exemples concrets, zéro jargon)
. 04-editor.md → QA qualité, vire les tournures IA, réécrit les sections faibles
. 05-illustrator.md → génère les prompts pour Gemini + lance les 3-4 visuels
. 06-publisher.md → pousse sur Sanity, déplace le draft en published
Dans chaque .md, tu mets : rôle, inputs attendus, style, structure imposée, output attendu, modèle LLM à utiliser.
C'est là que tu passes le plus de temps (3-4h) et c'est là que la qualité se joue.
4. Coder le pipeline.
Tu crées 3 scripts Node dans scripts/ :
. generate-article.js → enchaîne les 6 agents, save le draft en local
. generate-image.js → appelle Gemini 3 Pro Image avec un style Scalify cohérent (palette, pas de texte, 16:9)
. publish-to-sanity.js → lit le .md final, upload l'image hero, crée l'article dans Sanity
Demandes à Claude Code de les générer en lui donnant ta structure.
5. Connecter ton CMS au site.
Ici tu as juste à installer le plugin Sanity dans Framer ou Shopify et tout se sync automatiquement.
6. Tester et itérer.
Une fois que c'est rodé et que t'as un maximum de feedbacks sur les premièrs articles, tu peux maintenant générer 50 articles/mois en 15 min.
Ils sont automatiquement publiés sur ton site : plus besoin d'une agence ou d'un freelance.
Bonus : le hack, c'est pas le setup, c'est la boucle d'amélioration.
Chaque article qui fonctionner doit repartir en input dans tes .md d'agents pour que le système devienne chaque semaine de plus en plus intelligent
