F*ck it. I'm running a FREE 7-day challenge. Most of you don't have a consistent way to get clients or your first client. No pipeline or repeatable process. Essentially just hoping someone reaches out. I'm going to fix that and show you that you can do this. Every day for 7 days I'll give you one step from the exact playbook I've used to close $10K–$25K AI automation clients. The same exact system, working directly with me and my team. Spots will be limited because this is the first time I'm doing something like this. DM me "CHALLENGE" and I'll send you the signup link.
Luke Pierce@lukepierceops

I’ve watched 18 people close their first AI implementation client over the last 8 weeks. Here’s exactly how they did it. No special skill, big audience, or pre-existing case studies. All 3 of these work. Pick the one that fits where you actually are. 1. Warm network Make a list of every founder, operator, or business owner you know. Reach out to all of them. Not pitching, just asking what’s broken in their operations. Half of them have a process they hate. Your first client is already in your phone. This is the fastest path if you have any network at all. 2. Upwork Set aside $300 to $500 for connects. Optimize your profile. Send proposals every day. You will land a client if you stay consistent. This is how I started. Not sexy. Works fast. 3. Dream 100 cold outreach Pick an ICP. Build a list of 100 companies that fit. Make an offer built for them. Strong guarantee or free first build to get the case study. Slower start but you control the pipeline once it’s running. That’s it. There aren’t 10 ways. There are 3. The reason 18 people closed in 8 weeks isn’t because they’re special. They simply took a strategy and executed. Every company is asking about AI right now. Sales calls are landing on accident. Founders are reaching out unsolicited. I’ve never seen a market move like this. If you’ve been thinking about starting an AI agency, this is the window. DM me “first client” and I’ll show you exactly how to start and land your first client FAST.

Lead gen agencies & SMMAs can add 5-10 clients without making a single hire by rolling out hermes to their agency. The problem is most agency owners don't have time to figure out how to install it, where to start, or what to actually hand it first. So my team built an 83-page playbook that does it for you. Inside: — The 5 daily prompts that turn it into a second brain — Plain English setup for Mac, Linux, and Android — How to lock it down without torching client data — 8 copy-paste workflows across reporting, outreach, sales, and ops — The cron trick that drops token spend by 90% 10 new clients at 5k/mo= 50k/mo in new profit just from this one tool. Comment HERMES and I'll send it.

how to set up hermes agent step by step. built-in memory, 40+ tools, works on your phone, and what to think of hermes vs openclaw: 1. hermes is a personal AI agent that runs in your terminal. think of it like open claw but with built-in memory, 40+ tools out of the box, and 90% cheaper token costs. you install it with one command. 2. the 3 problems with open claw that hermes solves: no memory (you keep repeating yourself), constant gateway restarts, and zero visibility into what you're spending on tokens. 3. hermes remembers everything. every completed task gets saved to memory. it searches through past logs to find solutions. over time it literally gets smarter at your specific workflows. 4. connect it to open router. you see exact costs per model per task. free models rotate weekly. one founder went from $130 every five days on open claw to $10 on hermes. same output. 5. it comes preloaded with skills. apple notes, imessage, find my, browser, web search, image generation, cron jobs. no hunting for plugins. 6. connect it to obsidian so it reads your entire vault. connect it to gstack for your dev environment. create custom skills for your specific workflows. 7. the biggest money saver: have it write code once for recurring tasks. then it runs without burning tokens every time. stop paying an LLM to do the same scrape or report daily. 8. run it on android via telegram. name your agents. talk to them like coworkers. in this episode imran shows you how to set this up. 9. you can run it bare metal, in docker, or serverless on modal. pick your risk level. i begged @imranye to come on @startupideaspod and walk through the full installation live. he made it impossibly clear. if you've heard of Hermes Agent and want the clearest explanation of how to get set up like a pro let me know what you want me to cover on the next ep this is the best personal agent setup video on the internet right now. watch

Building a second brain for your SEO/content agency has never been easier. But most agency owners don't have the time to learn Obsidian + claude code or validate it's even worth their time. So I put my team to work for you. 196 pages built to help you install, set up, and start using Obsidian to run your agency with claude code powering it behind the scenes. Inside you'll find: → The 5-folder vault structure that scales (plus the CLAUDE.md file that turns Claude into a collaborator who's been reading your notes for months) → 29 ready-to-paste plays for daily ops, content, sales calls, client delivery, and strategic thinking → The 30-day rollout plan Comment AY and I'll send it.

We’re taking an HVAC company from 3M/yr a year to 4M/yr and the strategy has almost nothing to do with traditional SEO. Our audit found the actual problem in 30 minutes on our discovery call and the owner knew it. Inbound leads were sometimes sitting 48 hours before anyone replied. Close rate at 10 to 15%. The problem is he never had a way to solve this without hiring and training a new staff member. AND - what about off hours…? Heres how we’re fixing this. First off his locations needed rework. The previous SEO agency had two of these nailed but the rankings were abysmal. We're going to clean up these rankings first and get two new profiles. The two new profiles are going to be located in affluent demographic areas. And, he needs a site rebuilt from the ground up. EZ with AI now if you know what you’re doing. Next - Hermes wired into every inbound channel (form fills, email leads, lead aggregator pings) with a 30 to 45 second blue-text response from an iPhone number with his location code. This blows its previous metrics out of the water and probably stands to increase close rates by 30%+ Then, AI voice. Most home service owners we talk to are apprehensive about this after trying three or four over the last two years. The good news is the latency has come down now so it responds in real time. With the framework built out correctly they can actually qualify and schedule leads if built correctly. Our voice agent is already trained on his Service Titan data, which means it knows his services, his price points, and his rebuttals from three years of past sales conversations from SDRs too. Lead batching on top, so the leads worth his personal attention get flagged and the rest get handled without him touching them. That's how you take a three million dollar HVAC business to five. The SEO is the smallest part of the work. AI as a service is the new frontier.

I can’t sleep. For the last few months, I’ve been building the best roofing software known to man. Does anyone want to try it? It’s basically a way more capable JobNimbus or Roofr. $25 per account. Unlimited seats. For a limited time only since we’re still in private beta.

Late 2024: AI agencies sold n8n workflows for $2-$5K. Mid 2025: they pivoted to AI agents for $5-15K. Today: Claude Code ships in hours what used to take weeks, and most agencies are still pitching 2024's playbook. I spent 2 months rewriting mine for where we actually are in April 2026. Inside: → The offer closing $25K-$60K projects right now → Top 5 industries worth selling to this quarter → Content schedule generating my inbound (exact post types + cadence) → LinkedIn + cold email sequences booking calls today → My 4-call sales process from first touch to signed → The strategy doc + proposal template I'm using to close → 3 live client builds my team is shipping this quarter BONUS: First 100 people also get 2 discovery call recordings from my own sales process. Like + RT + reply PLAYBOOK and I'll DM you the link. Make sure to follow me so I can DM you.

In Feb, I applied Alex Hormozi's lead magnet framework to LinkedIn. In a few weeks, I went from: - 1.5k -> 3.9k followers - Booking 0-1 calls/mo -> 5-15/mo - Getting ~1k -> ~15-30k impressions/mo Before, I didn't realize how saturated the feed was with content. Because nowadays... LinkedIn is a WALL of "Comment X and I'll DM you" posts (and 'thought leadership' content in general). Everyone has figured out that lead magnets are the method. Yet, it's becoming harder and harder to stand out with it. If you're posting "free PDFs" on LinkedIn and nobody is commenting for them, you already know what I'm talking about. → Your ICP used to comment on every giveaway post. Now they scroll past yours without blinking. → Your lead magnet sounds like the same "Ultimate Guide" as the 8 other people in your niche → You're giving away a google doc that took you 20 minutes to make and wondering why nobody cares → The leads that DO come in are garbage because your magnet attracted everyone instead of your actual buyer Hormozi's framework is what separates the top performing lead magnets that go viral + book calls from the ones getting buried. His data shows lead magnets beat direct offers on overall ROAS AND scale better. But ONLY when yours has real value and real differentiation. That said... I just put his ENTIRE system into a free Notion kit. Inside: 1) Hormozi's real ROAS data on lead magnets vs direct offers 2) The 3 Value Vectors: Speed, Risk, Ease (so your offer stops being interchangeable) 3) The Splinter Strategy: how to give away something that actually costs you to deliver 4) My naming formula for lead magnets that cut through a saturated feed 5) Plug-and-play giveaway post template Want me to send it? 1. Comment "HORMOZI" 2. Follow @aidanb2b And I'll DM it to you. PS: Everyone's posting lead magnets now. The question is whether yours stands out or gets buried. This kit is how you make sure it stands out.

🚨SEO agencies are going to lose it. An open-source tool just replaced $2K–$12K/month retainers—free. It’s called GEO-SEO Claude, built on Claude. → Audits your site for AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews) → Finds why you’re not getting cited—and fixes it → Generates reports, llms.txt, and crawler insights instantly Only 11% of sites get cited by both ChatGPT + Google AI Overviews. This shows you exactly how to get there. RT+ Like + reply “SEO” — I’ll send it + pick a few people for a bonus giveaway.

I just built a Claude Code skill that ships 50 static ad concepts to my desktop every morning 🤯 Feed it your reviews, your winning ads, and your top comments → it studies what's working → generates 50 fresh static ad concepts in your brand voice while you sleep. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still briefing designers, waiting 3 days for 4 mediocre options, and burning hours in Canva trying to keep up with creative volume. If you're running Meta Ads in 2026, you already know the math — the brands that win aren't the ones with the best single ad, they're the ones testing 20-50 new concepts per week. Most teams ship 5 if they're lucky. This skill solves it: → Drop in your customer reviews, top comments, and winning ad screenshots → The skill studies what hooks, angles, and pain points are actually converting → Pulls from a library of 15 proven DR templates (us vs them, stat callouts, review cards, testimonial stacks, headline ads) → Writes 50 new concepts in your brand voice every morning on a schedule → Fires the prompts to Nano Banana 2 for finished images → Drops everything into a dated folder on your desktop, ready to upload to your CBO No briefing designers. No 3-day turnarounds. No starting from scratch every Monday. What you get: - 50 fresh static ad concepts every single morning - Concepts grounded in your real customer language and winning ads - 15 proven DR templates baked in, customized to your brand - Scheduled to run while you sleep — wake up, pick winners, upload - One skill file you install once and use forever Built 100% in Claude Code. I put together a full playbook with the skill file, the 15 templates, and the exact setup to get this running on a schedule. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "STATICS" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Speed-to-lead agents are the entry point. Here are 4 more you can build and sell: 1. Review generator. Texts customers post-service, asks for a Google review, follows up if they don't leave one. Businesses will pay $200-300/mo for this. 2. No-show recovery. Missed appointment triggers an instant text to rebook. Dentists, salons, med spas lose thousands a month to no-shows. 3. Quote follow-up. Sends the proposal then chases it automatically on day 1, 3, and 7. Most deals die in the follow-up gap. 4. Reputation monitor. Scans Google, Yelp, and Facebook for new reviews. Bad review? Owner gets a ping with a response draft in seconds. None of these take more than a weekend to build. All of them solve problems business owners complain about constantly.
