Delhi State Haj Committee Chairperson @Kausarjahan213 Ji saw off the first Haj 2026 flight from IGI Airport T3 today, In the presence of Mr. Ahmed Mushabbab Al Hamari (Deputy Head of Mission), Dr. Srivatsa Krishna (Secretary, MOMAI), and Shri Ram Singh (Jt.Secretary MOMAI).

Hon'ble Minister of Minority Affairs Shri Kiren Rijiju has said, “Ensuring a safe, smooth and comfortable Haj pilgrimage for every Indian pilgrim remains our unwavering commitment.” Embarking on a sacred journey, the maiden Haj 2026 flight took off today from New Delhi, marking the beginning of a spiritually enriching pilgrimage for thousands of Indian Hajis. The event was graced by Dr. Srivatsa Krishna, Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs, in the presence of Joint Secretary Shri Ram Singh, along with representatives from the Saudi Arabian Embassy and Delhi State Haj Committee. Delhi: Chairperson of the Delhi Hajj Committee, Kausar Jahan, says, "Yes, today 371 Hajj pilgrims are departing on their sacred journey to Hajj, and I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all of them. As you know, under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, Hajj facilities have been continuously expanding, and both the government and our committee are making every effort to ensure that the journey of our pilgrims is smooth and comfortable..."
