@DailyFionna Everyone going nuts on sprites thinking they need them all now yet we are coming up to the third week we have till August to collect them and it's not just friends who will trade plenty of others are doing it is well and for free

The issue is fomo now If you dont complete the massive near impossible to complete collection you'll forever be locked out of styles for the sprite pod or the mastery rewards Unless you have friends to share sprites with you are not completing the whole collection

@QuantumCamper Pretty sure that's already in the game it's just you don't hunt down sprites but it's a creative game. Look by half way through the season you'll be able to have all the sprites and collect them with easy as people won't care as much

Should Fortnite make a PvE Sprite Extraction game mode? Everyone LOVES the sprites but we HATE the sweats taking our precious little babies from us. :'( What if there was a separate game mode from BR where players couldn't eliminate each other? The focus was extracting sprites and other resources and then some challenging bot enemies but no player could hurt you or take your loot. Would you play a game mode like this? @EpicTofuChris and @JustTeddii could something like this ever come to Fortnite? Honestly if not I think there could be a REALLY cool UEFN made game like this. Are the sprites and the extraction mechanics ever going to come to UEFN?

playing a bot lobby doesn't disqualify someone from "actually playing the game" let's be for real. it's just a different way to play. do y'all throw this much of a fuss when someone plays on an easier difficulty on other games? why do y'all care so much?

@Jodi_Realm @FNBRunderground No that was the point of the game hunt down a crown wearer to get a crown now the crowns are useless and the hunt has moved to sprites, just think last season it was a bounty on your head being chased down it's the whole point of the game kill or be killed

Opinion - people have forgotten what #Fortnite is supposed to be 📝 Fortnite is a Battle Royale game, the "ultimate test of skill and strategy" where players must "outrun, outshoot, and outmaneuver opponents to be the last player standing and claim the prized Victory Royale." That's the description for Battle Royale in-game. But if you've been scrolling online recently, you'll find that a surprising amount of people seem to believe otherwise - that Battle Royale, at least in unranked, should be a chill, no-sweat environment. Or, Epic should officially support this kind of environment through bot lobbies. (Sprites are, essentially, disabled in bot lobbies right now, an extremely controversial decision.) I disagree. The Battle Royale genre is, and always has been, inherently competitive, even in unranked. Matches should be a little stressful and scary - there's almost a hundred other players who'll kill you on sight, after all! In my opinion, Season 3 has been a fantastic return to form: with the addition of Sprites, it feels like there's more to chase than the Victory Royale, and extracting valuable Sprites feels like its own little victory. On the other side of the coin, being eliminated with a valuable Sprite does feel devastating - but not too different than the feeling of placing 2nd. Many players have pointed this out, and been met with this kind of criticism: "Why can't you let people enjoy the game the way THEY want to?!?" However, I feel like this is akin to walking into a steakhouse and asking for McDonald's. Not every game needs to appeal to every taste. If you want a chill, no stress experience... I get it. I work over 40 hours a week, too, at a real job. Games like Minecraft, Animal Crossing, or even Save the World or LEGO Fortnite might appeal better to you. But I'd really rather Fortnite Battle Royale continues to strive to be the "ultimate test of skill and strategy" that the developers have set out to create.

Grown adults will look at this, clench their fists, and GENUINELY get upset at a little pin that stands for nothing but a positive message. We (usually) live for less than 100 years, minuscule in the grand scheme of the universe. Yet, some people will allow their indoctrinated prejudices to dictate how they feel about something as amazing as love. If you are one of these people, before you go into the replies of this post and hit me with a “GAYYYY” or some cringey Homelander gif, I want you to just think about how irrelevant your existence truly is. How irrelevant MY existence is. And then I want you to really consider whether it’s even remotely worth it to uphold views with such unnecessary hatred. Who are you helping? Is that how you want to spend your very limited life? If so, then you are beyond saving, and if you’re religious then you should educate yourself about the actual values of whatever it is that you believe in (which most likely involves spreading peace and love, not hatred). Happy Pride month. I’ll lose followers for this post but I don’t care. If you’re someone who is as gullible as to allow somebody else to control your own views and opinions (since nobody is born homophobic) then I don’t want you following me anyway.

@FortniteStatus You won't add them back to bot lobbies. Epic really doesn't cater to the disabled, and nerfing visual and audio really isn't a great idea, especially for deaf players. So epic staff side selling sprites on eBay stuff the disabled who use the bot lobbies

💛 We've doubled Gold Sprites spawn rates across the Island. 🍬 Starter Gummy Sprites (Fire, Water, Earth) will also spawn more often. Gummy variants of Epic+ Sprites (like Demon and King) are staying where they are for now. We're keeping an eye on these and may adjust them in a future update.
