Redundancies have started at the club with quite a few Academy and a couple first team staff so far. Reading will likely lose Cat 1 academy status upon our next evaluation. [@insandouts25] #readingfc

My real concern is LR's signings which have been poor but for Benn Ward. If I was owner, I wouldn't trust his judgement with my money

Reading was built on giving youth players a chance. He couldn’t even do that on Saturday. He’s a toxic manager and for me to part with my hard earned money he must go

@TalkReading I think you missed out that the league was rubbish this year and as good as opportunity as any to get out of it. Wouldn’t have taken much.. the two 96th min goals conceded v Huddersfield & Lincoln killed us #ReadingFC

I do think the owners will have learned from mistakes. Hopefully we see a more consistent profile of player brought in, and done so earlier so the manager has a full pre-season and a fully fit squad. They’re one year in to fixing a decade of mess so certainly will take more time.
