Few hours ago our preprint using #MicroC to study the contribution of RNAPII in #3Dgenome folding came out, all peer-reviewed and formatted in @NatureGenet. Amazing effort by @NUbelmesser and Shu Zhang (now a Dr!), and simulation wizard @dr_barbieri_mar
