Really disappointed in the customer service from @AmericanAir. As a loyal AAdvantage member, I explained family circumstances and asked for a one-time exception on a flight credit that expired a couple months ago. denied at every level. Losing the full amount over this is tough.

3 calls & 4 ignored requests later, @AmericanAir still refuses to help. Surgery Apr 2, flight Apr 10. I sent proof of total ACL reconstruction, but apparently AA’s policy is “fly with a blood clot risk or lose out.” Just want a credit, not a refund. How does that make sense?

@CuspConformity What seat was this person assigned? You can see on the screen. It’s probably crew in the jump seat which you aren’t qualified to sit it as a revenue passenger…

@CrazyVibes_1 No that’s not reality. Reality is that the price was marked incorrectly and legally has no grounds if the mistake was caught. Had he been arrested bc he made it out of the store, would be different legally

At a Walmart store in Mexico, a customer found a 70-inch TV priced at 547 Mexican pesos (approximately $30). The customer bought it, and when he tried to leave with him, it turned out that the price was mismarked and the employees prevented him from leaving. The incident ended in a fight, the arrival of the police and the arrest of the customer. It seems to me that in this case the customer was right and should have been compensated by the store.

If you plan and commit a bank robbery with a bunch of people and in the commission of that crime somebody is hurt or killed by the Police responding to your criminal activity, everyone, even the getaway driver who never touched a gun or went into the bank, is responsible.

Alex Pretti approached officers holding his cell phone. He was tackled to the ground and his handgun (that was concealed and holstered) was removed from his person. He was disarmed before he was shot. This isn’t self defense, it’s murder.

Bad form for @united to sell me a onetime lounge pass to a United mileage plus explorer card holder only to get to the FLL airport to find that one-time passes aren’t being accepted.
