@Costco every single person that i know who has bought a Tmobile phone on a Costco Promotion, has been denied the promotion. Is this Costco doing the denying, or is it Tmobile? This behavior is not up to the strict standards of Costco.

@TMobileHelp @tmobile Magenta Max traveling in Korea, full bars but I keep losing phone & data with local carrier (sk telecom?). Must toggle airplane mode repeatedly / reboot phone regularly. S23 ultra. Support chat had me disable 2g service, but problem persists.

@TMobile @TMobileHelp Is something wrong with MMS? Multiple phones on our accounts are experiencing odd behavior. Responding to MMS group texts, individuals get dropped from groups, we get texts from people and their area codes are wrong... VERY odd behavior.

@Delta I’ve been loyal to Delta since the NW merger. I’ve been Diamond for the past 10 years and 60K shy of 2M miles. In my mind Delta has become a credit card company that happens to own a lot of planes. I feel like I’m being kicked to the curb. Unfortunately they laid down their cards

@WellsFargo The following week, March 6 we had someone from our company DRIVE 1 hour to a @WellsFargo branch office. They personally handed the document to the branch manager. He called -- and was transferred 5 times himself! Then he submitted the document via email to the team.

@WellsFargo @WellsFargo March 20 - simple issue still not resolved: Someone from the escalation team called me. They then transferred me to someone, who transferred me, who transferred me, who transferred me. I was then told to Fax the document AGAIN. Which I DID. That was March 2.
