I purchased Safeway gas using grocery points for $0.90 off per gallon. ~$2.90 was my final cost for mid-grade. Regular octane is cheaper, but we’ve cut back on driving. The octane drops by ‘aging’, i.e., affected by evaporation/warm temps/moisture. So, I pay to step up the octane for a car that sits parked more.

Paying for something automatically ended this debate. The plus-sized customer every bit of room for their own comfort. It was correct for that mother to ask, but it was not correct to appeal to the crew for help intervening. Also, can you imagine if - and I know this likely would not have happened - the dependent child had been inadvertently injured while not under its parents control? Thank goodness the airline crew members made the correct decision!
