Today I got decision for my first little research grant which arrived by regular mail, in an envelope with a bank logo🙄. Turns out it included requisition forms via the bank😌. 1st time I find good news in a bank envelope! Anyhow, thank you Tore Nilsons Stiftelse, u made my day!

@txr46 @KLM Basically I was told I could change, I explained the exact situation, and was told that I could definitely change, I had a flexible ticket and it would not cost anything. I was extremely explicit because I didn't want to get in this exact situation.

@DevinPSullivan @KLM This is my point. If changeable refers only to the time (changeable/nonrefundable ticket), then it’s not a lie to say it’s totally changeable, if that is the definition of changeable spelled out in the contact of carriage
