Just spoke with dismissive, unhelpful & severely under resourced😡 @AFCA_org_au advised that despite already waiting 7 wks to assign a case manager, I will have to wait a further 20-21 wks before #AFCA will progress 2 unresolved cases🤔Both banks refuse to help @DavidLockeAFCA

😡 I strongly dislike the new @Coles online shopping website compared to the old site. It was confusing, frustrating & took considerably longer than my usual shop to complete😫

This unhelpful & misleading @Optus employee at Upper Mt Gravatt said it would be approx 5 min wait. I asked him at 10, 20 & 30 min how much longer it would be & he just kept saying approx another 5 min🤔It took 35 min😡#CustomerExperience

I have contacted @Optus re #OptusDataBreach via MyOptus App several times over past 48 hours & no helpful response or assistance😡I am currently travelling oversees & have experienced issues with my passport at immigration @dfat @SenatorWong @choiceaustralia @newscomauHQ
