😡My feedback is my #complaint progressed to case mgt on 22/4/23 (now 7 wks) & have to wait another 17 weeks for a case mgr. @CitiAustralia refuse to communicate or resolve in the meantime because they know they don’t have to do anything until #AFCA case mgr assigned😡

Just spoke with dismissive, unhelpful & severely under resourced😡 @AFCA_org_au advised that despite already waiting 7 wks to assign a case manager, I will have to wait a further 20-21 wks before #AFCA will progress 2 unresolved cases🤔Both banks refuse to help @DavidLockeAFCA

This unhelpful & misleading @Optus employee at Upper Mt Gravatt said it would be approx 5 min wait. I asked him at 10, 20 & 30 min how much longer it would be & he just kept saying approx another 5 min🤔It took 35 min😡#CustomerExperience
