Built a real funnel. Upsells. Downsells. Order bumps. One visitor is worth 3x more now. Email sequences for every situation. Abandoned cart. New user. Old user. Money was just sitting there. New batch of creatives 3x per week. With the new Andromeda algo, creative testing is king on Meta. Nothing else comes close. Winning ad? I make 10 versions of it. ROAS positive for 3 days? Budget goes up 20%. Repeat. No magic. Just testing, cutting losers, feeding winners. Save this. It took me a year to learn.

@theVincentQ Most definitely helped me focus and move faster - it comes with it's distractions but for me personally it's one of the top cities in SEA for remote working! It's very accessible, great transport links, people are welcoming and hospitable, and most importantly great coworking!

The dangerous part of building something ambitious is that the scaffolding can start looking like a product too. Accidentally finding another door while trying to ship the first one is equal parts energising and infuriating. The signal is strong. The timing is terrible.
