Hi @HPCL @jagograhakjago I received my cylender on 16th Feb'26 but today i have downloaded the HP app and in that i can see that I have received my celender 23rd Mar'26, how is that possible without booking.

Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Maharashtra expresses grave concern over reports that the state now has India’s second-highest cancer burden, with 1.27 lakh cases projected in 2024. Alarmingly, the state government has failed in fund utilisation. In 2024–25, only 7.4% of the allocated ₹226 crore, a mere ₹16.7 crore has been spent, even as cancer cases continue to rise by 5% annually. Previous years reflect the same neglect: 29% utilisation in 2023–24 and 38% in 2022–23. This amounts to criminal negligence when real lives are at stake. For a population exceeding 12 crore, Maharashtra has only three specialised cancer institutes (1 SCI and 2 TCCCs). Even more disturbing is that 26 approved Day Care Chemotherapy Centres remain non-operational. What explains this prolonged delay? A single screening campaign conducted in February - March 2025 is grossly inadequate for a state of this size and disease burden. While the government itself acknowledges that lifestyle factors such as tobacco use, alcohol consumption, and poor dietary habits are major contributors to the cancer crisis, prevention, awareness, and early-detection programmes remain woefully inadequate. Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Maharashtra also appeals to citizens to adopt a healthy lifestyle, avoid tobacco and alcohol, and participate actively in screening and preventive health initiatives. At the same time, the government must shoulder its responsibility in controlling environmental and occupational causes of cancer. Toxic and hazardous industrial pollution, plastic pollution in the food chain and environment, and unsafe industrial practices continue to pose serious risks. Asbestos exposure, known to cause life-threatening diseases such as mesothelioma, lung cancer, and asbestosis, remains a major concern. Maharashtra, being a hub of construction and industrial activity, is particularly vulnerable and requires strict regulation, monitoring, and worker protection. The state must also invest in expanding urban green cover and vegetation to absorb harmful pollutants such as benzene, improve solid and hazardous waste management, reduce plastic usage, and significantly enhance public awareness about microplastic pollution. Scientific evidence shows that microplastics can induce oxidative stress, inflammation, and genetic mutations, potentially contributing to cancer development. Specialised cancer centres remain limited to Aurangabad, Nagpur, and Latur, with no government cancer facilities in Mumbai, Pune, or other major population centres, apart from Tata Memorial. Rural access to quality cancer care is virtually non-existent, forcing patients to depend on expensive private hospitals. This pushes thousands of families into financial ruin, while many patients are compelled to travel hundreds of kilometres for treatment. Equally troubling is the absence of publicly available data on survival rates, treatment outcomes, and patient follow-up, reflecting a lack of transparency and accountability in cancer care.
