@pharmacistjer @almostcmb There is so much available data about our medical history, our family history, our diets and sleep patterns and living environments that just can’t be captured in a 15 minute doctor visit and patients miss out on a holistic view.

Request for product I want a Personal Health OS. Ingest my Whoop, Strava, One Medical, Function Health data. Turn these data points from vanity metrics to clinical relevance. Tell me my LDL is trending down and allow me to connect the dots between the outcome and the fact I did +46% more Zone 2 and stopped eating Barilla bowties and my kids’ dino nuggets four nights a week. If I’m at 1% recovery for 2 nights in a row preemptively ask me if I’m in need of a visit or antibiotic prescription. Make the appointment or order the prescription. Tell me that my dining habits are basically 85% keto already without knowing it, ask me if I’m interested in Sunday night grocery batch order from Prime that would get me 100% of the way there. Relay this back to my PCP as a changed habit. When I show up to a doc visit, I want to show them my screen versus looking at theirs. My data is 1000x richer than whatever I reported to them over a 12 minute visit a year ago People love taking control of their health and are willing to spend. But the market suffers from (1) an array of point solutions and (2) a last mile / insight-to-action problem. People churn from high agency wellness because this perceived lack of utility I don’t know if this should be offered in the form a PCP who leans into serving this audience, or if it’s an aggregator style consumer app. But I do know the demand is there

Last night we saw the same Donald Trump that lost in 2020 and we saw a Kamala Harris that was incisive, centrist, level-headed, and clearly more presidential. One side was spewing conspiracy theories, and the other had strategic attacks and a strong vision for the future.

I support Kamala Harris because we need a President that can drive stable policy that is pro science, business, education, choice, global trade, and immigration. The alternative path has already shown to be highly volatile on each of these dimensions. There are still *many* issues in the Democratic Party that need to be fixed, and I hope she will be a centrist leader that brings the party into the future.

Here’s Kamala Harris's own actions and words on Israel and the Jewish community: ✅ She supported aid to Israel ✅ She arranged meetings and conferences with family members of the hostages and advocated for their release ✅ Hosted a screening of the documentary Screams Before Silence about Hamas's sexual violence and crimes against humanity ✅ Condemned the terrorist group and their violence against innocents, and even called for the threat of “Hamas to be eliminated.” Kamala Harris recognizes the shared humanity of Israelis AND Palestinians and empathizes with every victim that lies in Hamas’s wake. She also supports Israel’s right to defend itself and condemns Hamas’ terrorism on every stage. Empathy to both Israelis and Palestinians is the only way to bring peace.

Joe Biden has been one of America’s most consequential presidents, as well as a dear friend and partner to me. Today, we’ve also been reminded – again – that he’s a patriot of the highest order. Here’s my full statement: barackobama.medium.com/my-statement-o…

At the current market cap of Microsoft, even factoring in a reasonable amount of dilution, Bill Gates’ ownership would have made him a trillionaire. Instead, he started a family office and is worth about $120B today.

Council of Muslims Against Antisemitism
The atrocities committed by Hamas on October 7, 2023 plunged the world into a frenzy of antisemitism and extremism. Today, The Council of Muslims Against Antisemitism took out full page ad in the @nationalpost to deliver a strong message. We stand with the Jewish community and peace loving people everywhere. Hamas and their backers, including Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), cannot be allowed to speak for all Muslims or Islam. Not In The Name of Islam! Help us build a broad voice against the growing chorus of extremist hatred! Join us bit.ly/stopglobalanti…

The “intifada” was a series of murders directed against civilians in Israel: buses, cafes and markets blown up. Now contemplate what “globalize the intifada” means when chanted over and over again by students (and their professors?)

Top professional athletes often sign contracts exceeding $100M and are backed by a strong support system, including coaches, trainers, and nutritionists, all aimed at optimizing their performance. In contrast, top founders/CEOs/tech executives, whose decisions can impact billions of dollars and affect thousands of employees, often lack a comparable support structure. When I was a founder I fell into the same trap and ate like crap, barely slept, seldom worked out, and didn’t see a dentist for 5 years ...even though I knew better and had worked with trainers and nutritionists when I was a college athlete. Been thinking a lot about how to help improve this… 🤔 #healthandwellness #peakperformance

@buccocapital To make it even more messed up, that’s just to be able to afford a monthly payment. The size of the down payment goes up with the cost of the property. Even with a $200-$300K gross salary- how do you save up $250k+++ for a down payment?

Real question: Why don't any of the groups calling for peace for Gaza, also ask for an immediate return of hostages? Why no mention of them? Israel has said they'll immediately return, power & water in exchange for the return of the hostages.
