I was shocked when CS told me over the phone that they'd book me a genius but would cost £144... luckily the guy at apple did a hard reset and didn't charge me. But it still crashes frequently. Literally don't know what to do with it

@Digitaleye10 @ChartUpdate @fesshole Strange for Apple. They are normally excellent at this stuff, even out of warranty. I’ve had watches replaced well out of warranty when the battery has expanded

@richardhyland @ChartUpdate @fesshole Yes you're right but that's wasn't the problem you've misunderstood. The battery cycle means it had only been charged 87 times from new. I.e hardly used. The problem was it keeps crashing and then just died. Apple didn't give a toss
