@RgRDev I ordered an in stock (at least it was at the time) Genesis case a little over month ago and haven’t gotten any emails and no shipment has gone out. Any update?
@GoodRx I have been awaiting a doctor to pick up my goodRX care appointment for a month. I have been waiting for someone to pick up my support ticket for 4 days. There is no phone number to call for a person to fix this. Does anyone actually work there?
@RgRDev I placed an order for an in stock clear Genesis shell on Jan 13 and have not heard anything else or gotten a shipment notification. Any update? It shows out of stock now.
@AAlex69696969@NESpower I’ve seen thousands of posts on this and you’re one of two people stupid enough to try and make this political. This is a republican state and the gov has helped somewhere close to zero. Looks like it’s time for someone’s grandpa to head to the nursing home.

NES crews worked through the night to restore power to 8,000 customers, bringing the total number of outages down to 91,000. We know being without power is a tremendous hardship, and we will continue to work around the clock until every customer is back on.
Today, 33 additional lineworkers will be deployed to assist with restoration efforts, making a total of 963 lineworkers in the field.
NES will also deploy 42 more vegetation management team members to the field, making a total of 257 vegetation management personnel.
@NESpower The person running this account is just trolling at this point. Why would you post a picture of all the trucks that where parked overnight while we froze?
@BethanyMef48646@NESpower I wrote a tool to monitor the crew assignments. Around 8-9pm the numbers start going down. Through the night the number freezes entirely or goes down to 1-2 from the daytime high of 25 events. Even the hight of 25 events seems small. So yeah, not working nights.
@NESpower Workers making progress. You got through 5k people. You pause operations at night and start early in the morning. I monitor the outage about every 30 minutes. And nothing was done until early this morning.

Current customers without power: 106,000
Total broken utility poles: 303
We have approximately 900 line workers diligently making progress to restore power with more crews on the way. Crews continued to work through the overnight hours and will not stop until all customers have been reached. Additionally, 220 vegetation workers as well as supplemental contract teams have been deployed to complement restoration efforts.

Total customers without power: 110,792
Total customers with power restored: 119,208
Total broken utility poles: 280
Both NES and contractor lineworkers from Florida, Maryland, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Mississippi, and Tennessee continue their work to restore electricity to those still without power after Winter Storm Fern took down half of all NES customers last Sunday.
Thank you for your continued patience as we navigate these troubled times.
@Christiann_Bush@NESpower The otage map used to show the response status for each event but sometime in the last year or so after one of their last botched responses they hid it.

NES teams worked overnight to make repairs and restore power to 104,000 customers. NES and contracted lineworkers will continue operations in rotations, and they will remain on extended 14–16‑hour shifts to ensure we can continue responding quickly.
Right now:
• there are about 130,000 customers currently without power
• at least 189 broken poles have been reported across our service area
We will deploy more than 740 lineworkers across the service area this morning and will add more throughout the day. Vegetation management teams and supplemental contract teams have been deployed to complement our restoration efforts and ensure lineworkers can continue reaching their sites efficiently.
NES restores power by tackling areas affecting the largest number of customers first. We understand being without power is difficult, especially when conditions outside are extreme. Regardless of where a customer lives, all of our customer base is important, and our lineworkers are working hard to restore power to every last customer. No one will be forgotten or left behind; however, utility prioritization practices are to restore the greatest number of customers first.
We ask that customers ensure their homes are ready to receive power. If weatherheads, power masts, or meter bases are damaged, our lineworkers cannot safely reconnect power. NES maintains and repairs the lines leading to a customer’s home, but homeowners are responsible for the equipment on the house. If home equipment repairs need to be made, we strongly suggest contacting a licensed electrician for those repairs.
Along with city officials, NES also continues to ask for the community’s help. If your power is out, do not call 911. We need to keep those lines open for emergencies. But if you see a downed power line, that is an emergency, so that is when it is appropriate to call 911. We ask that everyone stay away from downed power lines, and to always assume they are live and dangerous.

• If you are without power, please report it by texting OUT to 637797 (NESPWR) from the phone number linked to your account, or by calling (615) 234‑0000.
• NES will share restoration information on X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook throughout the event.
@NESpower Worker safety is an insane excuse for not giving play by play status updates. You are a publicly owned utility and answer to us, the citizens of Nashville. The only people in danger are the Nashvillians dying without heat due to your gross neglegance. We deserve accountability.

NES teams continue to work to make repairs and restore power to customers after freezing rain and ice impacted the NES service territory and have since restored power to 72,000 customers. NES and contracted lineworkers will continue operations in rotations, and they will remain on extended 14–16‑hour shifts to ensure we can continue responding quickly. To ensure the safety of our lineworkers, it is against NES policy to disclose locations where teams are working in the field.

NES has doubled its workforce since Saturday night and will be bringing in additional lineworkers this evening. Currently there are nearly 500 lineworkers deployed across our service area. Vegetation management teams and supplemental contract teams have been deployed to complement our restoration efforts and ensure lineworkers can continue reaching their sites efficiently.

@NESpower Glad you guys had a restful night while we froze. How about some real updates? Despite trying to rephrase the updates to hide it a few back the numbers haven’t really changed. Remember when you said 300 working staring in the morning… now it’s midday?

NES teams worked overnight to make repairs and restore power to customers after freezing rain and ice impacted the NES service territory and have since restored power to 60,000 customers. NES and contracted crews will continue operations in rotations, and they will remain on extended 14–16‑hour shifts to ensure we can continue responding to outages quickly.
Right now:
· there are about 175,000 customers currently without power
· at least 97 broken poles have been reported across our service area
· more than 70 distribution circuits are out and in the process of being restored
· there are less than 35 circuits with over 2,000 customers out now
Outages during this event peaked at 230,000, marking the largest number of outages at one time NES has ever experienced even compared to the May 2020 derecho windstorms, when outages peaked at 200,000.

@NESpower It’s beyond embarrassing that you guys have hidden the crew status from the outage maps. It’s borderline criminally negligent to not be staffed ahead of time for a storm like this. Same for not giving better updates and for 8+ hours of radio silence while people are dying.

Here are the latest numbers after a full day of restoration efforts. NES lineworkers will continue overnight and we will not stop until power is back on for all customers.
@teslafi Awesome! 🙌🏼 Thanks for the quick response! The site and API have always been great. Going forward you will be the center of all my integrations (Home assistant, etc) to save tokens and I think a lot of others will do the same.
@teslafi Any word from you guys about how you will be handling Teslas new API pricing? Will you continue service after the change? Out of all the apps this is the one I’d plan on keeping.
Hey @NordVPN For months I have been emailing support, verifying my identity again and again, and then getting my account broken in new ways. The latest has left me with two factor and backup codes that don’t work so I have no way to get in to my paid subscription. Ticket 16720553
@TeamTurboTax@jencamjones Don't expect them to do anything. For 2 months now I have been waiting to file on a single page form for an EV charging credit. Every 1-2 days the date is moved back further. Each time I reach out I am told to rest assured with no other follow up as the date slips week by week.
@jencamjones Hello Jennifer, Thank you for reaching out to us. I do apologize that you are experiencing a problem when it comes to filing your Schedule C. I would like to assist you further with this situation. Can you please DM me so I can do so? I hope to hear from you soon!

@turbotax Can you fix your Business and Farms Schedule C hold up. Many of us businesses have been waiting weeks to file our taxes because of our Schedule C - claiming that there is an employee credit update. The date happens and then we are pushed back another week.
@Timcast
@turbotax The date for form 8911 'Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit' has been pushed dozens of times for 2 full months now. It is absurd that I can't file my taxes and get my rebate due to a single page form you guys can't seem to finish. What is going on?!?
@turbotax Why does form 8911 'Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit' keep getting pushed back again and again for 2 months now? Your site says the form is ready but won't e-file and says the team hasn't finished the form. The IRS finalaized this form in Jan.
